dayz devs need to overhaul base building by: adding furniture items, both improvised and actual found furniture - chair, stool, table, etc... more storage options - wooden barrels, crates, shelves, weapon racks... etc small walls, large walls, window kits (barricade widows with planks, or just a small wall kit that can be turned into a window with an axe) door kits, hatch kits, as well as window shutters base building is so tedious majority of the time, that being able to build, wall kits, shelter kits and tower kits... is pretty shite imo. having to place an entire giant wall in front of a window/ door in a house is ridiculous. I should be able to move objects in front of the window or use planks to board up, and same thing with doors, would make the immersion and the rhythm of dayz so much better. having to spend hours looking for tools, just to build walls and gates is so demoralizing great video btw... very enjoyable... just was an eye opener and reason i wrote this essay
Im watching all of your videos because i love the vanilla experience and I love how every single base you make gets raided eventhough youve put in 3 or more gates. Truely a vanilla DayZ experience.

I got stuck under the wall like that fully geared aswel. I tried the roll luckily it worked too it was touch and go.

Setup trap gates so that if you are being raided you can open and close them whilst trapping the player and the gates will apply bleeds, easy win.

I play Spaggies quite a lot, but DayOne, Karmakrew, are all very fun vanilla esc servers
