If this product were available, I would certainly consider converting to Sanke kegs! I like the idea of more post clearance if you make a production version.
damn, im a mechanical engineer and fellow beer geek. this is some cool stuff. these are the kinds of problems I like solving. Keep on innovating, and inventing!
i got a cross fitting with a tri clamp connection to keg, the liquid tube goes straight down , the gas goes in the right and relief valve on left, im looking for a ss float small enough to fit in the keg open to make this a floating dip tube style
I would definitely be interested in a low profile version. I often have two corny kegs in my converted Sanyo kegerator, but then like to swap in a "log" of commercial beer. This would be an elegant solution if clearance is low enough.
Hi. Could you make a video of the sanke fermenter conversion kit with the pressure transfer rig. I’m going to get one but I don’t see the thermowell in the picture and I don’t get the option to select a short one for a stubby keg. Cheers!
It's Real Damned cool considering the 15.5 sanke is the same depth as the slim quarter barrel that so much craft beer is kegged in now. I'd be interested in at least 1 and maybe 2. With the problems procuring quality ball lock corny's now a days, I'd probably sell off all my corny kegs and go all slim quarter all the way!

Fantastic work once again. I'm with M. Matthews, I'd consider going all the way sanke with this kit being available.

Did this or something similar in function make it to production?
