43:24 a bridge would be quite intrusive. BUT! I actually think either a pedestrian underpass would be awesome (if you want to do a dirty pools thing then that’s a focal point often, even if I don’t like it ) but also a narrow road in a u shape to underpass would be good, you could also do the cool thing where the road is a long u, but the pedestrian is a straight direct line that’s got less elevation change because they don’t need the same headroom (perfect for bikes if they ever return to cities skylines)
16:38 it brought me such joy to hear you catch yourself and use Culs-de-sac It silly but I enjoy doing the reversed plural thing with imported nouns. ‘Directors general’ etc
Ahhh this series is like a comfort series, just more Coral Reeches is quite calming. Honestly I think maybe more factories are needed to adress the goods cost problem. But I'm not exactly sure what resource is lacking but it's likely that more of that kind of industry may be needed. This new town should be able to supply those factories with workers too. Anyways can't wait for the next episode. 🙏
Yeah, I'm missing factories that produce beverages. All my resource costs are beverages. But every time I zone a factory, it never gets occupied by a business that produces beverages!
It seems natural to connect Thornton street with the Highway. It doesn't look that good ending it like that. Probably an interchange also moving across Railway tracks to Old mills town.
Yeah my thoughts exactly…its essentially a giant cul-de-sac and there is no real natural barrier to keep Thornton street from connecting with the highway and even connecting to the community on the other side … disaster response would be a nightmare with current design but overall another great build
Sanctum! Amazing work as always. I believe that you should use more props like "abandoned factories" or barn. Also you should leave more wasteland full of wild plants in your city. Specially in furthest areas
To resolve the indicators over the commercial buildings, you need to produce locally the goods they need, not just the raw materials on farms. From what I remember from the last video, you had a lot of produced raw materials that you exported, but you did not process all of them locally, and that skyrocketed the price of the goods.
Does anyone know how to make the graphics in this game Normal? for some reason, my saturation is turned to the maximum, the settings in the game and the LUMINA mod do not help.
How is your demand so big like this? I play relatively the same way as you (find it and making new neiborghoods as I like) but it kills my demand each time and I have to wait out huge amount of times to get it back.
Hi, how is this game holding up for you at 150k population?Do you get crashes?I have my game at around the same population as you and it randomly crashes 😢...
Yes. a bridge connecting two towns would be a delight to watch. Additionally, if they had access to Cooper Highway it would be wonderful.
Yeah, that would be perfect, and most needed for the inhabitants of the two towns.
Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated.

😅 I like to catch myself whenever I realise such things. Glad I'm not the only one.

I believe Sully has decals to solve your bright tennis court issue.
Noted. I have a number of Sully's decals, will check if more have been released.
I would love to see more bridges connecting the different areas as well as more pedestrian bridges and pedestrian access to those areas. :)
Noted!
I sure hope this city makes a top ten list for builds on RUclips this year. It's one of the best, if not THE, out there now
Thanks for the kind words 😊

An interchange there would be quite the undertaking, but noted. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks. Definitely planning massive industrial expansion to process the raw materials soon.
Merry Christmas, sanctum!
Thanks Dready! You too!
Amazing video!
Thanks!
Very beautiful detailing as always
Thank you! 😊

That happened to me too, and it turns out that lumina was the problem. It was fixed as soon as I uninstalled it
@comicman3173 did you just delete it and the graphics became normal? Or did you delete it and then install it back?
@ I never reinstalled it
@@comicman3173 OK thanks I'll try, maybe my game will back to normal graphic
good job
Thanks
Can I install a mod where I Can Build everywhere and the buildings wont disappear if they Arent in the Grid?
Yes, there's a to unlock all tiles (forgot its name), then using Plop the Growables, you can place anything you want, anywhere.
@ thanks so much
Are you from grand island NY? I live in Niagara Falls and the dam is 10 minutes from my house. Awesome work recreating it.
I didn't build a dam? Did you perhaps confuse my video with someone else's?
New music! Are these new radio from the game?
No, these are from Epidemic Sound.
Hey man love the videos what’s the pc setup?
Thanks. I've listed PC specs in the About section of my channel.
I see you have many road side parking. Perhaps it is time to use more parking spots ?
Noted.

I have a mod for the demand. I *think* it's called Super Demand.
brooo make a beverly hills type of neighborhood in your city hehehe
Noted for a future development.
What's ur pc specs??
They listed in the About page of the channel.

I hardly get crashes to be honest. Only notable issue I'd say is the slow simulation. Otherwise, the game itself is fairly stable for me.
