honestly, jamie was killing it. his venison & onion curry skewers was a real workable idea. him saying no to rosemary in a curry is perfect. and then halfway through he pivots away from barry's terrible plan and comes up with a whole new dish that actually does work. jamie really shines

Max is a perfect combination of all four of them: Jamie’s glasses, Barry’s curly hair, Mike’s Huttlestorm and he’s a bit of a lad like Ebbers
and tall like Mike too

Can we take a moment to acknowledge how Jamie came in with 5 minutes and completely changed and saved this dish, hats off 🎩👏🏼👏🏼
You can tell that Jamie knows how to get food on the table for a hungry family.
Ben grimacing on the side at everything going wrong was honestly my favorite part! Him having to watch the chaos and the carnage without chiming in to help/criticize/pass judgment and watching the physical pain it caused him 🤌🏻🤌🏻 xo Ben!!

I love how much fun Max was having. Barry and Jamie were both invested in the outcome of the dish but Max was just here for a good time playing around, and I appreciate that. It would be very fun if he was in some Pass It On.

You don't know how relieved I was to realize that the blindfolded duo were NOT doing the cooking! I was envisioning cut fingers, trails of ingredients strewn everywhere, and the set on fire from a hob Barry left on! 😂 Really enjoyed this one!
this is like a pass it on where you can actually hear whats happening, which i think makes this 200 times scarier :D but i m here for it

Not yet done with the video, but have you seen Sorteds cooperation with Tom Scott? I think they all did very well there. They are definitely better cooks than me.
@@Ares9804 I feel like Jamie and (Mike) are better at giving instructions and guidance than Barry. Tbh. Like those two would go for something simpler and make it more accessible and easier, while Barry sometimes goes a bit too extra

I took it for granted until the second Jamie took his off when stepping into the kitchen. I was extremely close to call cheating but half a second later I decided to just get a bit disappointed instead.

See the Sorted Food "normal" is far better at cooking than they probably realise! Max Fosh is far more my version of "normal" cooking wise! I can finally relate!😁
Pass it on has taught the normals one key lesson: at a certain point, don't be afraid to hide elements that aren't going to plan and pretend they never happened 😂

What a video!! It’s such a good idea and this really tested the skills of Baz and Jamie’s intuition and trust, no vision must be such a challenge because that’s probably the most important thing in general, big up blind people who get through life without a vital sense which we all take for granted

I’m so glad that it was the normals that were blindfolded! I saw the title and was imagining someone trying to chop without seeing what they were doing, and was very concerned that someone would be injured.

We’ve never had a chance to compare any of the normals with another normal and this video showed just how much improvement they’ve made over the last 13 years! They’re still a long way away from the level of the Sorted chefs which is to be expected but the improvement they’ve made is exceptional, their growth is noticeable from when they first started the channel but now being able to compare their capabilities to somebody else shows how much skill and knowledge they’ve amassed the past 13 years
I love seeing more of the other staff in the Sorted Kitchen! This was so fun!

As an American, I never would've thought I'd hear someone refer to venison as "posh". It's just something that you get a freezer full of because your cousin Cletus bagged a 12 pointer last weekend. It is absolutely delicious.
‘Cletus’ - that just cracked me up. Yr so right though. I’ve lived in US and UK and the difference between how venison is seen in each country always cracks me up… And I lived in Chicago…😂

Sorted Team, I love your channel so much. Thank you for your content! It does make me sad, though, that I pretty much can't recreate anything from your videos. I have multiple physical disabilities that impair my hand strength and mobility, limit the amount of time I can stand and cook, and just cause me to be overly tired and in a lot of pain fairly quickly. It would be super cool if you teamed up with disabled people to do a video or two about cooking with disability/chronic illness for those of us in that situation. Thanks.

Would love to see the normals do a recipe with the deaf, blind, and mute challenge with Ben as commentary and judge. This was a great episode!
When they mention food waste and the sidekick app I become grateful that my husband and I raise hogs for food and are able to give them the scraps of most foods that can’t go to other animals we raise also. So food isn’t technically wasted in the bin as they are treats for the livestock to mix with their feed that we make ourselves with a giant feed grinder/mixer.. now to try and get my mum to utilize and help save money herself over getting the food together to take to the pigs instead.
More of these challenges please!!

Gave me a laugh when the described venison as something for posh people because in America those who frequently eat venison would describe themselves as the opposite as posh 🤣 I love that this channel gives me different perspectives about food

Venison is a great choice for curry, I've used it many times on it's own, and also mixed it with pork shoulder.
