This might be the best I've ever seen Miraak fight. He was keeping range at all the right times then was even spamming his staff and healing spell when the Ebony Warrior got right up in his face. Looked like a player was controlling him at a few points.
He did very well indeed! Although some more shouts would have been useful in between as well. 😅 This was only one recording of over 8 hours of testing. Many others were less interesting, but some turned out pretty nicely!
Cool! I would like to bring it back, but I'm not sure against whom. We need a small amount of opponents because it's already getting chaotic, but even the two hardest bosses in the game struggle here, so I don't know. I'll probably try Zahkriisos, Dukaan, and Ahzidal. Maybe Charstaag if people want to see it 🤔
Seeing Miraak and Alduin teaming up to defeat the Ebony Warrior, made me felt, what would have happend if they both actually have teamed in the lore...
I wasn't expecting Karstaag to win after Ebony Knight failed. I get that Karstaag is better at crowd control, but with Alduin's hit and run tactics, I'm surprised Karstaag was able to get so many hits in.
Karstaag has 4000 life points, and also regenerates life all the time... Didn't get stunned that many times as the ebony warrior did, if the ebony warrior didn't got stun all the times he got stunned, could've won Karstaag is like the definition of Full life and damage, ebony warrior is the combination of everything important I think. Although on some fights, Karstaag wins, ebony warrior wins, one looses, idk i guess it RNG
@@APFA. Yup, if the Ebony Warrior didn't have to deal with all the stagger, he would probably win, although only if he kills Harkon first. Karstaag actually didn't heal as much here because he was taking fire damage very often, but it's still useful in between. You're right about that too! The Ebony Warrior is more balanced in general, but Karstaag's damage is better. RNG is definitely also a factor with all battles. In my several hours of testing those two setups, the Ebony Warrior lost pretty often, while Karstaag did much better 😄
Respect for Ew, he lasted a really long time while being below half his health 😎 For Karstaag, always impressive, nice photo with an exploding Alduin 👍
I feel like Alduin might have won this if he'd gone for his fire breath over biting Karstaag near the end of the fight, also we once again have Harkon proving how laughable of an opponent he is even with help
Alduin can win, yes! It's all pretty random every time, as almost all fights are. This one is surprisingly balanced though! And yes, Harkon is just a failure 😂

Thanks! He doesn't lose that often, so I agree, it's interesting to see! Ebony Warrior vs. werecreatures ends up in being almost permanent ragdoll, so it's pretty boring and disappointing to see. He can't do much, unless I reduce the amount of werewolves/werebears to such a low number that he kills them in no time. 🤷 Maybe I'll try at some point, but I wouldn't bet on it being part of an episode. The Caller is hard to use because she's leveled, together with her atronachs. We might end up with 3 Storm Atronachs at once (but not guaranteed, there's not much I can do to force it). This would get terribly chaotic, especially because Thoron only has shock magic. I *might* also try this, but probably not for now. 😅 I've avoided the Caller because I can't control her summons easily, which would be necessary for good fights. As for the others, they're either awfully buggy (Serana, I'm looking at you), or just not interesting to me. Sorry 😅

Farkas vs. Kematu is not my thing, sorry. 😅 Ebony Warrior vs. Thalmor could work, but that's not enough for an episode, and we would need a ton of soldiers, which is very hard to record and to watch. Now i know why ebony warrior lost, if you hear carefully, the sound of when you use the Stony Skin Effect appears on 1:25, if you look carefully also since the beginning of the fight, he didnt use that spell to reduce the damage before, thats why he lost, his AI must of got confused at the beginning because of Alduin's shout that stunned him... Sadge i think he would've won if he used that at the beginning when he had 2000 life and not when he had 500 life...
His flesh spell hardly makes a difference. It only buffs his damage resistance a little bit and offers no protection against any kind of magic. He wouldn't have won even if he had used it 😄

No vanilla NPC can unless they're immortal/invulnerable, or at a spot where Karstaag can't reach them. 😄 The Ebony Warrior can potentially do it on lower difficulties, but I personally haven't seen it. Even the summonable version of Karstaag, which is much weaker than the original, regularly destroys the Ebony Warrior 😆
Hey! @xanderchia7247 is correct! 😁 I do most things with console commands. The floating healthbars are a mod from Nexusmods, and the Colosseum is a custom map I made. Some setups are more difficult, like getting Miraak to fight properly, but commands are enough for most fights if you know how to use them. I hope that clears things up a bit. Greetings to your son!
I’m a little surprised the Ebony Warrior got stagger locked as bad as he did for stretches, not at all surprised Karstaag handled business by himself though. I wonder how Ahzidal, Dukaan, and Zahkriisos or the keeper trio would handle the big 3 bosses.
I was expecting the Ebony Warrior to do better too! The stagger was too much for him. Alduin's meteor shower is crazy in that sense, and Miraak's very short shout cooldown also helps them a lot. I attached a part of Miraak's battle script to him so he would cycle through his equipment and combat styles, but you can't do it with the whole script because he will become ethereal and disappear if his health gets too low. Miraak is pretty difficult to use properly 😅

Yes! 😂 It's much harder if you have to face all of them at once. Now that would be a unique final fight (but of course not really possible with all the scripted mechanics)

@lSlendermaster oh yeah I came across him the first time I played. I never wanted to get rid of that first ever character. You get him after level 80 and if you've done the main quests. I heavily underestimated him.. basically anything you throw at him can be used against you very quickly. There is only 1 kind of cheat against him which is if you Fus ro dah him say off a cliff, he does take fall damage but when he gets up all the damage he would have taken from the fall disappears but if you hit him before he gets up, the damage counts. I did it accidentally because I used the wrong shout, I used become ethereal when I wanted to use the.. umm.. damn.. can't remember what it's called. The one that makes your attacks very fast. So the call of valour guy threw him off down the cliff, and i ended shouting become ethereal, I jumped down after him and hit him as he was getting up, and about 2/3 of his health gone lol
@@William1-s8n Ahh, probably Elemental Fury? That shout is OP by itself if you combine it with dual wielding! 😆 Yeah, a lot of people think he's immune to fall damage, but he's not. You can also apply damage over time to him. A weak lingering poison is enough to finish him off, ironically. He's such a cool fight though!

Dragon AI is really terrible in general.
If Alduin had drain vitality he would be way more dangerous.
Alduin can win, yes! It's all pretty random every time, as almost all fights are. This one is surprisingly balanced though!

The map and health bars are mods. The rest is just Skyrim with console commands. At least from what I can tell.
