If you guys had uploaded these videos one per day (instead of 24 30+ minute videos within 4 hours), you wouldn't lose a bunch of subscribers and have more views per videos. Cool videos though :)

Oops, rookie mistake. Noted for next time around :)

@@Blinkist You could also do it as is done with many podcasts. You upload the full episode in one piece so that those interested can watch it in one sitting. Then additionally, you split the interview or episode up into its best parts, ideas or blinks (to use your word of choice) and upload these separately with an attractive headline. Works quite well for the Joe Rogan Podcast, Impact Theory (which you have also already sponsored) or with many of Jordan B. Peterson's lectures and Patreon specials that usually contain several different topics and questions.
Oh and another idea I had: You could your instagram account with a large following more effectively to promote your work on RUclips. The RUclips platform really has an amazing community interested in personal development and will love your RUclips work. Maybe you could start adding video to your interviews whenever possible. Even if it is only recorded with the webcam, some movement in a video always helps to keep attention and connect to what is said.
And maybe activate your subscriber count on RUclips (it is currently not visible). Even if you do not have a large following yet, it seems more trustworthy and personal this way. At least in my experience as a user.
Keep up the good work guys, looking forward to much more :)
