Absolutely Fantastic defence at the end from the Warriors, well done Glasgow you were given no chance by the media and proved them all wrong deservedly.
@@iansinclair7581 Makes sense. Rugby coverage on the BBC has been poor for years. I live in Canada now so tend to rely on the BBC website for sports news.
Great Scot! The Africans played well but the Scot had more gas in the tank, beat Munster last week in Ireland, and beat the Africans in Africa and had to travel 12k miles to Africa - Greetings from Paris
Lets be honest, the Bulls lacked attacking IQ - they really missed Willie Le Roux and their regular back three, and shame about Hanekom. The Bulls went to sleep for 20 minutes and then Glasgow simply stifled them and shut them out.The Glasgow defense was immense, but their backrow was outstanding. They won this competition the hard way - Munster and the Bulls away!! Congrats to Glasgow. I'm sure that the Saffa Glaswegians were allowed to stay home for a while and have a braai or three!
They did? No, Glasgow were simply the better team. Go looks at the stats, it tells you everything you need to know. Bulls were lucky to be in the game at the end. Glasgow should've put them away.
@@Stevenbfg sure I also understand your implying they had nothing left in the tank. Yet it was Glasgow who had to travel 9K miles, face 50k hostile crowd and altitude. Bulls were beaten by a better team not some post-match Leinster demons you invented to play cope because your team lost.
Ref could've ignored a super tight call on overturned try. Tom Jordan could've kept his head and not made a stupid and reckless tackle. We can what if all day, the bottom line? The better team won. If you think I'm wrong go look at defenders beaten, meters made and line breaks.
@@jlm4455 yes I agree , Bulls could have win the game if Arendse did not taken out the Glasgow player with the score Bulls 16 Warriors 14 with 14 minutes to go. Glasgow had more gas than Bulls for sure. Glasgow the better team on the day. 🏆
I agree. We are Warriors fans but I said this to my kids watching the match. Game management. Take the points on offer then you're a penalty or drop goal from the win. No try required. Just an up the jumper rumble up the middle from the restart and either gain the penalty or drop goal required. Lucky for us the Bulls choked again.
Congrats Glasgow Warriors! From South Africa.

That was heroic by Glasgow Warriors. Wow! Maximum Respect.
Congratulations Glasgow Warriors.
feckin awesome 2nd half from the jocks, proper hunger, proper final perfomance mentality.
No acknowledgement of the fantastic win on any BBC news outlet. Disgraceful.
Big article posted on 22nd on BBC sports website.

Franco Smith is a legend

But as a South African, I'm glad a Scottish side won the URC. Good job Glasgow Warriors!

@@jlm4455 Agreed. Bulls were lucky not to be down 16-28. The refs almost gifted them the win but Glasgow held strong.
Bulls played their final the week prior.
That was a semi final mate😂😂😂😂😂

and the Warriors did the same a week prior ie beating the Champions (Munster) in their own backyard go figure!!!
What number was the attendance ?
52 thousand
Would loved to have been there but couldn't get tickets so sad but glad my team won so proud. ❤granny Jean on behalf of Brian 🎉🎉🎉

some very dodgy throwins?
That was never a yellow card. Thankfully we still won. Dodgy officiating again in a Glasgow match.
I mean, it's definitely at least a yellow in the current rules (neutral here)
It's a weird one, if the body weights are reversed that's getting a red every day cos the 10 would be dead
Bulls could have taken the penalty at 77 minutes and started another attack after the restart of the game

a 5m out lineout is a way better option than trying to make the kick and get back in position to score
