This home is proof that layout is more important that square footage. There is plenty of room for a family of three. So many of these homes have no bathroom counter space, but this one does.
What was beyond the itherxdoor in the main bedroom?. Great layout. Toured a mobile home recently 2 bed 1 bath, no wgeee near as nicecand they wanted $200,000 in a park where land fees were $675 per month and the agent told me it goes up every year. I thought that was crazy.
