2 avocados, 1 squirt of organic honey, 1 overripe banana, 1/2 cup of aloe juice and 3 squirts of aussie deep conditioner with macadamia nut and blend.

For your length, add 1 more avocado or use I big mexican avocado and 2 overripe bananas, 2 squirts of organic honey, the rest of the ingredients the same amounts.
