If you didnt have the cores when fist talking on the intercom this wint work, because when you drop them the quest marker will become 0/3 and she wknt talk to you.
@@johnnysche9597 you can't unfortunately, but there's a fusion core skill that turns empty cores into grenades that automatically eject out of your power armor, but that can cause factions to go agro if it kills a npc, so it's not worth upgrading it But there are nuka grenades on enemies and nuka mines on the ground you can loot in a camp next to the lighthouse with the glowing feral ghoul but you'll want to stealth kill the children of atom as they use all the grenades against you and they won't drop them afterwards

How do you put it in your off hand
I put the good cores into my companion's inventory and give them cores at 0% charge
The only loss is not selling them for caps

No longer works on Xbox in 2024. Once cores dropped the dialogue drops and she walks away not opening a dialogue until picked up
