Hi! In this video, I share 4 healthy and simple Korean recipes that I make in my summer diet journey. I am back home from Korea and I miss it so much! (especially the Korean food..) The zip bag method for draining the carrots is a waste of plastic for just one dish :( you can use a ricer instead, so convenient and last forever ! And no waste 🙏🏼

do you think using the fried tofu sheets instead of pork/beef would work in the last hot pot dish? I don't eat meat and haven't used the fried tofu sheets so was wondering. this looks amazing, thank you for sharing!
