But, Tony... look at the huge disaster Bill Hinman created by giving his opinion on Ethereum. I can't stand Gensler, but I honestly cannot blame him for not wanting to die on that hill. It really isn't appropriate for him to give his opinions about these things, lest they be construed as 'guidance' for any of the parties involved.
