A friend taught me to play Universus for the My Hero Academia set and I did pick up the Godzilla decks a while ago. The game is a little confusing to learn, but it plays fast once you get the hang of it, and the Godzilla set does feel appropriately stompy compared to other IP.
Outside of Pokémon I.M.O. this set has the best art & design of all the sets you’ve been collecting a purchase is highly tempting to the point of buying a 1st when you’ve covered non Pokémon TCG’s cards previously the content’s highly interesting but this will be the 1st I’ve bought other than Pokémon & MTG (which I stopped collecting a decade ago)
The promo pack was technically free, it was given to people that bought something from TCGPlayer on Godzilla day last year, so really cool to get the best card from it

I considered getting some of the super old Darkstalkers Universus for the art alone, this set is really cool

The downside is the set is very small and quite premium (1 pack per starter deck). Hoping they make it a full set sometime worthy of a booster box.
