So, this is DCR camcorder and is using Digital8 right? Do you find some glitches and artefacts that were characteristic for Hi8 analogue tapes?

Dude which camcorder do you have? Is it a tape one? I'm looking to buy one but i'm having difficulties getting it tapeless. I'm looking for one with an RCA output since I tried an AV out one and failed to make it tapeless. I returned it and now i'm hunting for a new one.

In a previous video they told it, Sony DCR-TRV340E. It is easier to just record to tape honestly and then play it back and record using a capture device, or you can get one of these Digital 8 ones which have a firewire port and use an old computer or buy a firewire PCI card to put in your PC. I stuck to recording on a DCR-SR32 as it was fully digital for a few things but got a few of the tape handycams last year to form a collection but not gone through the logistics of filming and then recording it. In terms of getting it tapeless people recommend getting onen of them drone recorders like an immersion RC powerplay

Hi i have the sony dcr sr47, u can see footage from the camera on my channel to see if you like it. I film in lowest quality 1080 60fps, the camcorder uses a memory stick where i just transfer clips using an adapter
