the bottom person needs theirhand trapped under the top players jaw (guillotine) for the top person to apply the von flue

I feel like I do everything right as per them, but I still can't finish 90% of the time. I'm 5 11 skinny and flexible, most of the time I can get my elbow under my knees even if I'm flat on my back. But I always try to get to a side and do it with the side crunch thing and still fails 😭

    • @realjaytruth

The heel that's up on the leg you're reaching through. Tighten the lay and drop that heel.

Bro buggy choke is no joke. I got long ass legs and work on my flexibility daily. I live in Japan and they don’t use this shit here. I no joke choked a brown belt unconscious.

@@cgaspara oh, I see. I wouldn't know a defence against that. Maybe grab the crook of the knee and pull him in? I didn't realize a slam is a defense against that. The more u know.

I researched your example and found the answer in the comments. Just let it go. Not worth the risk if you don't secure it right away and they pick you up. Plenty of time to bail unless you're fighting some kind of inhuman Olympian that lifts and slams in .5 seconds.

This is like when someone tries to choke you while inside your guard lol. Literally just make a frame and drive your elbow into their neck until they get the message that such a weak choke is a joke. Or drive your knee into their face and just standup. They’ll either have to bail on the choke, or get kneed into another dimension. Funny seeing all the people saying they’re “going to spam this so bad tomorrow” guess you all spend a lot of time in side control lmao
