it literally mentions "Khalaf al hamzah". There are 7 mutawatir qira'at and 3 mashhur ones. Nafi'Ibn Kathir, Abu 'Amr ibn al-'Ala', Ibn 'Amir, 'Asim, Hamza, al-Kisa'i, Abu Ja'far, Ya'qub, and Khalaf. Like Hafs which is the most read (the one you and I learnt) these have their own ways for certain words. Hence you get "Balaa Qadireena" in Hafs and in Khalaf you get "Balee Qadireena" and so on.
An ignorant reader, there is no power nor strength except with God, reads the Riwayat of Khalaf, but he does not master the Riwayat of Hafs, his Tajwid is all wrong.

I'm not too sure why but I know that majority of the world reads in Hafs an' Asim and that unless you are a qari, you have to stick to your qirat. Plus, there are different rulings for the letters in qirats so if you try reading another qirat and mix the rules, then that wouldn't be Quran. Rather itd be something you just desire.
Why is he reciting differently. Everyone comes up with their own way. I will stick to the original way. May Allah SWT protect us from all these new fitnas..

His fatihah sounds weird
it's a different qirat. Sahih Muslim 819 explains. But you cannot recite this qirat in salah if you aren't a qari.
