59:00 Jay is straight up telling us (at least his) editorial process for when they do these roundtable discussions to the movie. It's actually pretty fascinating. Makes sense, too - load all the footage as they progress, special care by that episode's editor, and then have the roundtable discussion be the last bit of business needed before finally getting through everything. What this implies is that there's a little bit of ingress before the gang gets together to film that last section of the video, as Jay would have had to fix up a bit more of the setup to be able to put the entire movie in the editing timeline and skim through it and THEN get the roundtable. "How did you get in here?!"

Shuny Bee is one of Fred Armisen's best characters, glad this gem from Portlandias cutting room floor got a feature.
I knew he reminded me of someone!😄
That was my first thought and I'm really surprised nobody in the episode mentioned the resemblance.

Love the avatar, reminds me of when I was 20 and looked 40 😉
The RLM crew were more crazy than usual, Mike doing the goodnight cleveland bit was so funny.
Reminded me of Mike's great AC\DC impression.

Watching confused elderly men call samosas "empanadas" is what keeps me coming back to this channel.
They were drunk too. But they do LOOK very similar to empanadas
If you're hispanic, those are empanadas. Weird empanadas but empanadas nonetheless.

Did you also notice that samosas and pakoras are the cheapest food on the menu at any Indian place?
@@fozianizamuddin6074 that would be because they're appetisers.

It was Mike's 9/11
A meet up on Kinder would be a Kinder Suprise, wouldn't it?
"That's fuckin' funny!"
The destruction of so many copies of NUKIE has left not only a sizeable hole in my heart, but also sizeable hole on their wall of VHS tapes.
I noticed that too. It's almost sad.
And probably a hole in someone's budget.
They probably cleared that space on purpose so they have more space to add more tapes!
Maybe they'll get 200 more copies of Skeleton Man
Don’t worry they still have many copies of that blade rip-off movie wall
It's an honor to be featured in one of your videos, RLM! But don't worry, I will be back in Birdemic 4: Garden of Paradise in 2025 as Mr. Green. 😉. Side note: That segment of all of us talking about Global Warming all at once killed me!
Weirdest thing ever, but I actually worked with the guy who played "Taylor Swift"'s father in Fight of Fury. He smelled weird, showed up clearly drunk, and made me so uncomfortable that I rearranged the shooting schedule for the sketch my company hired him for just so I could get him out the door as quickly as possible.
He was supposed to be a weird drunk uncle though so it worked out. And he seemed to be happy to have the $50 we tossed his way for less than an hour of work.
Can we get a list of all the times they say "this is the worst movie we've ever watched" and make them crown a top one.
If I had more time, I'd definitely want to create that supercut myself.
No need. It’s always the most recent one.
Yeah, didn't they say the same about "The Jar"?

and Wicked World

Like 5 minutes in and "Kinder" is one of the best jokes Mike has ever made
It was good for sure, but I still think "you want something slimy that smells terrible? How bout my diiiick" is his best work
There's nothing quite like wanting to make a pun and realising immediately that the universe has supplied the perfect one!
Has anyone else noticed the sword the woman uses in the first film is Aragorn's sword from Lord of the Rings? That was the prop they had lying around.
making a dumb but original premise for your movie then just going "and also there's a serial killer" is so funny
Lots of comments about how there have been only two UK films on BotW before - Thunderpants and Xtro. Everyone seems to forget Slaughter High was also British because of the fine cast of English thespians delivering their lines in perfect US accents, putting Hugh Laurie as Dr House to shame in comparison.
Don't lie. No one's commented about the lack of UK films.
Let's not forget the incredible instant adoring boyfriend, and of course the unforgettable Juice Man and his foldable trampoline
ABSOLUTELY their accents was immaculate takes on British- New Jerseyisan Americans.
@@jeremyphillips3087 You missed the point of my comment. There were lots of long threads when I wrote that comment that only acknowledged those two films. You didn't actually read many comments and/or their replies, did you? Try the one that The Spiffing Brit started.

As somebody watching from the UK it brings me great joy to hear Josh say the word 'chav'.
The kids' fight scene at 44:20 is better executed than like 50% of adult fight scenes in BotW movies.
It's because you aren't allowed to hurt children, so proper choreography is needed. Adult choreography consists of the choreographer smashing two Lego men into each other and says "do it exactly as I showed you".

The return of Mike's AC/DC voice from Hereditary HitB.
I love how the Birdemic franchise is just the director trying over and over to get his idea right but getting WORSE every time.
So the reincarnation of Don Dohler?
Yup, even his first movie, Replica, is essentially the first half of every Birdemic movie, a sappy romantic comedy (with some scifi elements thrown in). The guy is creatively bankcrupt.
He's the new Amir Shervan but even more egregious and much less entertaining.
he is not trying to get his idea right, he just makes a purposely bad movie to earn a buck.
the yin to Breen's yang
No joke, every time Rich starts laughing my dog starts barking, thinking there's some kind of weird animal outside.
Shout-out to "Mike S" for providing us with those Star Trak clips to help explain filming techniques.
"Why are you wearing a Mickey Mouse shirt?"
"I just grabbed a t-shirt."
Implying that the modern day Greek Adonis, Rich Evans, habitually goes around the studio shirtless and only wears clothes for filming.
You TEASE, Rich Evans. YOU TEASE.

17:14 - I thought, "Oh here we go! The Americans can't understand a simple, regional accent AGAIN," and then, "Dear god, are those people speaking R'lyehian?"
After so many years of Rich Evans abuse, I would’ve never imagined Rich would ascend to the mountain top and slam dunk himself.
Watching his brain kick into gear as he realised what he just said, has me crying.
Fight of Fury is genuinely one of the most insane vanity project movies I've ever seen. Miami Connection meets The Room

That AI News Anchor at the end reporting on the deeds of Rich Evans kind of freaked me out... is this RLM testing out a new way to replace the cast members as they die out from movie poisoning?
the child randomly rapping out of nowhere after doing those sick moves on a public fountain got me
I still find it hilarious that if you go through the backlog you can watch Jay suck the youth and vitality of Mike and Rich as the years pass
I dunno, I feel like Rich is aging like a fine cheese. Turning into a zaddy, that one. Meanwhile Mike is slowly losing it!

I'm guessing that BotW, normally is a whole day thing and roundtable is normally held at night.
Yes, BoTW is typically an all day long activity, from what I understand, and a fairly grueling one at that. It's why you don't see guests that often, it's a real test of endurance.
They’ve made small comments previously that there is a large time gap between watching the final movie and the beginning of the discussion.
