Had a customer that would have us move heavy furniture that she would buy/sell, re-design etc.. She would instruct us to unload the items (heavy dressers etc) and place them in each room up stairs and so on. In essence she was using us as Movers and at Courier rates. This post reminded me of that. Just a heads up to my fellow Couriers. Be leery of customers as these…! 👍

Why does roadie customer service never pick up the phone ? They are taking forever to approve my consumer report It's been 6 weeks.
$200 for about 3-4 hours of work? That’s equal to $25/hr working 8 hours a day. That’s some good profit margin with the short work time.

Yeah the mats are bad, but the worst for me is Hay. I had an order of 25 bales of hay from tractor supply and the hay is hard as hell to clean out of your van.
I had 150 bales of bedding once.
Some orders are just not worth it but there has to be balance
