Better just warm food in it, don't bake in it. Microwaves are not healthy! This model has no heater coil on the top-inside, nor a fan on the back-inside.
Probably, I'm not sure, but better don't use it for high temperature applications because it's not healthy, only for warming up food for short periods of time (less than 1 minute).

Once you cross the 1 minute, would it do also 5 minute increments ? For example can you do 1.15 minute? Above 2 minutes also ? Thanks
