This is what makes a faction a faction by having limited original members and not having an increased insane amount of members which would’ve been a terrible choice.Triple H was the present superstar at the time,Randy Orton was the son of a legend and the future,Batista also was the future of the WWE,and Ric Flair was the legendary wrestler who rubbed off on everyone in terms of promos and skills.

Man this is the time period I missed out on. I grew up in the late 80's & throughout the 90's started high school in 00 but I think this was the best. Evolution was done perfectly. & like flair or Bockwinkle he needed 2 be the Heel champ who won matches by hook or by crook. To make Batista matter when he finally won. It needs 2 be done again
I think Evolution is the perfect example of what a heel faction should do; protect the biggest star with interference while helping to promote up and coming wrestlers by having them interact with main eventers. The only complaint I had against them was Orton’s face turn. He was an excellent heel and could have worked as a face but the decision to leave the group was not his own so the fans had no real reason to get behind him. He needed an act of defiance over his leader in order to get the fans fired up. Triple H should have demanded a title match on that episode of RAW and he should have ordered Orton to lay down for the pin. Orton hits him with a surprise RKO, gets a victory, boom the fans are behind him.
The only thing i didn't like about Evolution was Triple H pretty much hogged the spotlight on Raw as the world heavyweight champion and buried so much of the talent and never put anyone over especially at WM19 when he beat Booker T in what should have been his big moment but aside from all that, Evolution was the perfect balance of the best of wrestling's past, present and future in one group. Ric Flair was perfect in the mentor / manager role and really knew how to make everyone look good, Randy Orton was awesome as the cocky young prodigy who you wanted to punch in the mouth and i still say to this day his legend killer gimmick was his best work as a heel, Batista was perfect as the silent enforcer who would let his actions speak louder than his words and was made to look like a legit killer, Triple H was fantastic as always as the heel and knew how to piss fans off by constantly shoving the world title and his accomplishments down people's throats. Evolution will go down for me as the best stable of the ruthless aggression era and one of the greatest of all time My top 5 favourite Evolution moments 1. Evolution standing on the stage holding all the titles (12.15.03) 2. Randy Orton getting attacked and kicked out of Evolution (8.16.04) 3. Evolution formation Promo (2.3.03) 4. Batista returning and taking out Goldberg and collecting Triple H's bounty (10.20.03) 5.Batista leaving Evolution and powerbombing Triple H through the table (2.21.05)

This stable was a huge part of my reentry into wrestling post the Monday night wars hunter really made me believe the title was everything to him and that he would in his own words pedigree his own grandmother hell he would pedigree his own father in law for a title shot
Since Evolution was my favorite stable of all time and it contained my top 3 favorite wrestlers, I really appreciate this video. But with love, comes hatred. Sometimes, when you love something, you resent people who don’t share that love. That being said, this video makes me act negatively to those who criticize Evolution and its members individually.
One of the all-time great stables, no membership changes after formation, no expansion to include every D-list heel on the roster. For all the complaints about Triple H burials, he and Ric legitimately polished Orton and Batista into megsatars.
One of the few groups where every member won a world title at one point in their career. In fact all four members won the world title many times during their careers.
Hopefully when Undisputed Era's " Break up" story line becomes a thing, WWE does not recycle ideas they used for Evolution. I want U. E. to succeed and hold all the gold.
7:38 I always thought Batista & Randy Orton should have been tag team champions, Ric Flair the IC Champion, and Triple H the World Heavyweight Champion during this time. 9:57 I also thought it would have been better if the Evolution split happened after Batista & Triple H turned on Randy Orton & Ric Flair after SummerSlam and then we get the same feud but with Ric Flair turning babyface alongside Randy Orton.
@@ShanAli-sq4rs maybe for a factions with 5 superstars instead of 4 but look at Undisputed Era in 2019 to 2020.
