Great video 👍
Thanks 👍, Glad you enjoyed it
question :Is this a farm or a cooperartive How is the potato farming organised in NZ
The storage and trucking is Talley's which is an international company. The potatoes are probably grown under contract by a farmer, and harvested by a contractor.
In NZ, you would typically have companies like, in this case, Talley's, purchasing the potatoes off the grower (sold by hectares). Some growers lease land from other farmers, too. The amount of hectares a grower would grow for the company would have been all sorted before the planting.
@@CanterburyKiwi Here in my country the netherlands patoto farmers grow them on contract The farmer plant grow and harvest them self en store them self also and deliver them on the time they have agreed in there contract The most goes in to the industrie and make potato products from them france fries chips
as a potato farmer in Canada, i think it should be the right to sell Canadian goods to flood US markets like how the US floods the Canadian markets
that include milk and eggs too
Can you explain your answer on my question I think your answer is of topic
