This second guard should be empowered to use force against anyone interfering, or attempting to interfere, with the first guard. How do you know that the people are Americans? I'm an American and I take your assumptions as very disrespectful. I agree that nobody should disrespect the Royal Guards, that's not the issue I'm bringing up.
How do you know any of these were Americans The 1 guy even had a British accent
The biggest majority are yanks....that's why!
simply the use of the word Guy!
You're lying when you claim that these people are all Americans.
They definitely aren't all yanks. People from all around the world are capable of being disrespectful aholes.
Your report here is BRILLIANT. How you describe these idiots is 100% accurate stupidity IGNORANT
Except they aren't all Americans....
The only idiots is the ones acting stupid in front of a royal guard.
I'd wager that the vast majority of people messing with these guards are not from the United States.
Same type of chuckle heads that would tease the gorillas at the zoo then get surprised when they find out the hard way just how accurate the gorillas can throw.
I'm American i respect our military and i would respect their military. But i agree some American are probably the worst of these idiots disrespecting the guards. If my granddaughter acted like these entitled rude idiots I'd be the first to take them away and they would be on their way home as soon as i could get them a ticket. Kids learn from adults and some adults today are as bad or worst than kids. That guy who grabbed the rein and stood like he was entitled to do so refusing to move even when the guard yelled he moved when guard came out of the box.
Ma quanti pirla ci sono al mondo?
I am a truck driver in America. The worst people to deal with in my country are the Asians. VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO RESPECT !!!
They're not all from the USA. I found that Americans and Asians are normally far more respectful than Europeans or African tourists
Not all of these people are Americans!!
Tourists should never be allowed anywhere need the Guards.
Not all American act like that but as always the respectful one's have to pay the price.
I'm and American and would never show disrespect to anyone I authority .I rem e m b er going to the grave of the unknown soldier I the US the people were very rude my husband remindedmy children not to speak or make any kind of noise at the tomb..🇺🇸🙏💯% respect
Why some Americans aren’t blessed by God almighty his son Jesus. Ten Commandments gives us guidelines how we are to live and we can’t no one can follow why Jesus came and died on the cross he took our sins sicknesses and debts nailed to a cross, beaten for our transgressions he came from heaven to earth to save the world repent of all sins turn from them follow Jesus only way to heaven false religions will lead you on path of destruction. What respectful ones??? What ones with the tiniest sliver of common decency. I've never seen one.
I think the guards have every right to defend themselves..I'm an. American from the south..and I was brought up to respect and have manners.
To be totally honest, the times I performed ceremonial duties in the HCMR, I found Americans, Canadians and visitors from the far east to be the most respectful and polite tourists, the rudest and most disrespectful were Europeans and Africans.
That man was from Wales, not the USA. How dare you fake it!
How do you know these are American tourists? Is there a stamp on them? Millions of tourists visit these places, and I'm sure a great majority of them are NOT American.
I can't guarantee every time but I'm quite sure it's the loud mouth entitled behaviour and the accent that gives it away. Been to the us and that unmistakable accent is everywhere.
@@andrewbarnard667At least we know the difference between a biscuit and a cracker. You put your raw oysters on a cracker and you sop up your gravy, gumbo or jambalaya with the biscuit. Might as well have a Shrimp PoBoy to go with all of that.
Not just American tourists. The rude and ignorant people from all over the world are just the same. No excuse for such behavior. I could never do their job without getting sent to prison.
This is like footage of Americans disrespecting the tomb of the unknown soldier in Virginia. I know not all of the disrespectful people weren’t Americans but respect for soldiers on guard is just basic respect. I’m sure at least some of these guards have done active duty too. Be kind People 😀
These are not all American tourists. What is your problem?
How do you know?
We have no problems with dumb american tourists.
As an American this should be shown on prime time United States television as Americans Abroad travel minute. Let these individuals be exposed in their country. Ever man in my family until Viet Nam has fought in combat during WWI, WWII, Korea. This is above all a reflection on their parents and the homes they come from.
Its isn't Americans, i found European and African tourists to be far more disrepectful than Americans
Anyone that messes with the guard or the horse should get a mandatory 5 years in jail
The commentator sounded like he should be writing for the National Enquirer.
Some folks are just plain rude & ignorant. Wether it is Tomb of the unknown soldier or the Queen's guards, respect must be shown. But it is all about look at me, look at me to put on socials or tick toc etc. Parents are probably ashamed of them.
What makes you think that all of these tourists are Americans? You are so wrong!!
Just like to point out not just Americans that are disrespectful.
Maybe those featured are Americans?
I'm prior US Navy and it angers me that people don't respect the military. These guards have a job to do. How would like it if the kings guards came into there job and did this?
I am an American and it’s obvious to me that we are spoiled and feel entitled. And I’m afraid one day our wings are going to be clipped.
The nicest thing anyone ever said to me was when I was visiting Prague and someone said he was surprised I was an American. He thought I was Canadian.

I had the same impression. Stupid trump supporters even act stupid when they are guests in another country.
As a former American soldier (72-78) my respect to the Royal Guards. An apology for the actions of some ignorant Americans, who should know better.
May I ask how you verified that those rude tourists were Americans? Their clothing, shoes, etc. indicated a possible other nationalities. As a 9 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I can assure you I would NOT be as tolerant as these Royal Guardsmen were.

I know right! I'm sure they all were not just Americans.
These soldiers are performing the duties of their job description. How would any of these people like to be treated in a similar manner, whilst carrying out their duties, in what ever job they perform. These soldiers are not puppets! To be pocked, prodded or ridiculed! They are the Royal military carrying out their important and serious duties, to protect and defend! Those people what ever their nationality! Brit here. This video is utter bollocks. You don’t even show what you are blathering on about for the most time. And in no way can you even begin to contend that the people involved are American. Who do you work for…?
These are NOT all Americans!! I resent that comment!
We need to have two guards where there used to be one, for a while at least. One to perform their duties, and one to guard the guard. This second guard should be empowered to use force against anyone interfering, or attempting to interfere, with the first guard. Anyone doing so should be immediatelly deported, at their own expense, and banned from ever entering this country again. Alternatively, just make it a criminal offence so that anyone can make a citizen's arrest.
Armed police “guard the guard”.
@@Gent100 Not very closely and / or in too restrained a manner, otherwise we wouldn't be seeing clips such as these. Their function is, or at least seems to be, more in addition to the guards' but in a more informal, liquid way.

I did not quite realised this kind of training...Well is not surprising, bless them. Not at all. The police are trained far more and in a much more restrained way to deal with a civil disturbance in the UK than soldiers are!
These guards are real soldiers they go to fight abroad so don't be surprised if you catch a good one.
There are stupid, irreverent & silly people from all places including Britain. Only greatest respect for the Guards (and all military) who serve with dedication & discipline from this American/ SF/ CA/ USA. Although have seen videos of gracious & kind Guards, there is only so much that they can take. Is it possible to put short standards with chains around them to keep these foolish people at least an arms distance from Guards & horses?
I agree . The public is given too much close access to the Guards, who are only doing their job and should be shielded from these disrespectful idiots. I often wonder what these stupid people would do if these same guards came out in full combat and camo. They may change their tune (one hopes).(UK mother and grandmother of serving military)
Don't mess with the Queens Guard, especially the horse. They bite.
