I don't like pepperoni OR just plain cheese. I like mushroom, sausage, roasted garlic, spinach, bacon, and caramelized onions.

@@DottiesToys It is, so is the roasted garlic. You spread the garlic on the bare crust before adding anything else. Roasting mellows and sweetens the garlic, as well as making it spreadable. The two compliment each other beautifully.
