    Description
    IOT MACHINE Monitoring SYSTEM manages an AC motor, which rotates when supplied with power. An IR sensor measures the motor's RPM, while a sound sensor and vibration sensor detect any abnormal sounds or vibrations. The DHT-11 sensor provides real-time temperature and humidity readings. All these metrics-RPM, sound, vibration, temperature, and humidity-are displayed on a 16x2 LCD. The ESP8266-01 Wi-Fi module enables internet connectivity, allowing data to be uploaded and viewed remotely on a web server.
    Objectives
    • To continuously monitor the RPM of the AC motor using an IR sensor to ensure proper operation and detect performance issues.
    • To detect abnormal sounds and vibrations from the motor with dedicated sound and vibration sensors to identify potential mechanical problems or failures.
    • To measure and display real-time temperature and humidity of the surroundings using a DHT-11 sensor to assess the environmental conditions affecting the motor's performance.
    • To enable remote monitoring and analysis of the collected data by uploading it to a web server via the ESP8266-01 Wi-Fi module, allowing access from any internet-connected device.

    Methodology
    In an IOT MACHINE Monitoring SYSTEM, the Arduino initializes and begins executing its programmed code. The motor starts rotating upon receiving AC power. An IR sensor, positioned in front of the motor, measures the RPM by detecting the light reflected from the motor's rotation. Concurrently, a sound sensor and a vibration sensor monitor for any unusual sounds or vibrations, providing real-time data on the motor’s operational condition. The DHT-11 sensor measures and reports the temperature and humidity of the surroundings. All these data points-RPM, sound levels, vibration levels, temperature, and humidity-are displayed simultaneously on a 16x2 LCD screen for immediate feedback. Additionally, the ESP8266-01 Wi-Fi module connects the system to the internet, allowing the collected data to be uploaded to a web server where it can be viewed remotely, enabling comprehensive monitoring and analysis of the motor and environmental conditions.
