This is absolutely ridiculous! Ryan needs to pay child support for his children w McKenzie. Obviously he’s not taking his recover seriously because an individual in recovery takes care of his/her responsibilities & obviously Ryan isn’t taking care of his kids as he should!
Where I live, lots of moms wont go for child support because if the court orders child support to be paid, that paying parent automatically gets a visitation plan.
Just because it’s ordered doesn’t mean they do. If that’s the case and someone really wants to see the kids and ex won’t let them then they can go out themselves on child support.

Meaning, she needs the $ to help with THEIR kids. And yes, courts will say that support can go to rent/bills because kids need a place to live, water, electricity etc.
