I've been MIA for a few months - I fell into the Sims4 and have been having so much fun with it - but when I saw that you've flipped my favorite house I had to come running back! Great luxury build. This house has some of the worst pathing with exterior doors on opposite edges. Architecturally it cannot be more than meh. But you did a great job with a sow's ear. Thanks.

I'm curious why is the table in the main living area underneath the TV not in the center? I have never seen that before.
I was unable to put the table in that middle space area because of the Sofa!! (takes up more space than it looks). Thank you Caitlin! ❤😊

I always like to watch your new video, each one is so nice, pleasant to look at. One would certainly feel very comfortable in such an apartment. Beige with white is a good choice and pink fits there. In practice, however, problems would arise. I think I already wrote in one comment (maybe to you) that the first thing I want to do when I get home is wash my hands. There should be a toilet with a sink near the entrance to the house and a second bathroom within reach of the bedroom. But it is only in the basement. And there should also be a wardrobe within reach of the bedroom. I hope you are not angry with me for these critical observations. I look forward to your next videos.

@@HOMEDESIGNGAMES I'm glad you're taking it constructively. And you're right, the wardrobe is there, I noticed the one by the laundry room, it was just out of reach. Do you mean in the bedroom? I thought it was a mirror. But then I don't understand: If there is no window, there is a thick wall, and how is it possible that the wardrobe does not stick out? Hmm... That's a mystery to me.
And the second point: If I ever do this project, I will probably take the space for the bathroom where you have the kitchen and make the entrance to the bathroom under the stairs (if possible).
