@@JRC99 Mine was that the cops are clones as implied by the one stock market listing and that the person they cloned them all from had a crippling allergy to the specific recipe used in cash in the Payday universe America.
They don’t die, they just experience terrible asthma and unbearable skin irritation and fall over defeated.

I think the next challenge run should be doing all the hiests according to how you detailed it in the Story of Payday, as well as picking one of the hiesters in the crew you said said were there (as well as promotional material for the later heists) and using a loadout most suited to them, swapping to Death Sentence when the Zeal Force were introduced. This could be done on the Kknowley account with access to all skills and perk decks (since you'd be swapping hiesters, and thus perk decks a lot)

I think for the whole challenge he should be able to use the AI, again, the ones detailed in the Story of Payday, and even use the mod that allows them to hold any weapon so certain characters (Like Sangres) can hold akimbo weapons specific to their character, that way Kknowley won't be shoehornned into using a character because the AI couldn't hold their specific weapon (Again, like Sangres with the Akimbo Castigo's)

My personal headcanon is that the cashblaster is actually nonlethal. You see, what's actually happening is that the cops are so hyper focused on trying to grab all the bills around them that they tire themselves out and pass out.

This is genuinely a clever challenge, and I seriously wish I could use the Cash Blaster. I still gotta get the money to start off infamy.
Here is an idea for the future: Doing every heist with a disposable loadout.
Or, in other words, using different primary, secondary and melee weapon. No repeats allowed among them (throwables, due to how few there are in comparision, are permitted to be repeated). Bots have to take the same weapons as you if brought in.
Additionally, an option would be to also mandate the usage of weapons that came alongside the heists in some capacity. (e.g. Scarface Mansion requires the Little Friend, Commando 101 and Lumber Lite L2.).

fun variation on this: Weapons Nuzlocke, anytime you fail a map, you're entire weapons loadout is gone (Primary, secondary, throwable, & melee) & you must create a new one (bonus points for using weapons you like instead of the meta, to really get you attached
Normal rules:
-Failing a heist voids your weapons load out & you can't use that weapon again untill you finish the run in it's entirety
-Nickname your weapons to get more attached
-No Ai
House rules (Incase not hard enough/ you wanna keep things interesting):
-Hardcore: a down is considered a death for your loadout & you must restart the heist with a new loadout
-Duke's in Rehab: No Stoic
-Revival: Sacrefice a lifeline to being back one weapon from the dead (Usable once)
-Dallas's Greed: No medic bags as Dallas has stolen them all
-The King Vlad: Must start with the gold AK & arn't allowed to mod it
-A Cold Winter: No explosives (Good luck captain)
-Bain's tired of yelling at you: Killing a civilian kills a Random melee weapon
@@theorangegremlin334 The Commando 101 is part of the heist pack itself, and I suspect kknowley probably owns the character pack and hence got access to the Little Friend and Lumber Lite.
Of course, that rule was just an optional suggestion to restrict things further, it doesn't have to be followed for the main idea.
This will get boring to watch really quick.

Man, Kknowley really gets only good RNG. I mean to have _four_ minigun dozers spawn at once, what a sight to behold! I'm sure they're truly honored to have been blessed with such a rare sight.
It's by far the most fun weapon to use at least for me. I think it's dumb that overkill never released a nerfed version or at least a free skin for the regular flame throwers. It just feels lame that we can only use it temporarily. I think the host should be able to chose whether the blaster can be used or not. That or a permanent piggy event. Payday 2 has been out for 9 years now I don't think a permeant double xp boost event will ruin the game. If anything it gives you more options of what to do.

Seeing as you've done a Demoman challenge, how about another TF2 challenge: Pyro
You have to use a flamethrower and shotgun at all times, and the shotgun has to use dragons breath rounds. Fire axe melee and molotovs at all times. Which weapon you have in which slot is up to preference, but no akimbo shotguns if you choose shotgun primary. Everything else is up to personal preference.
If you want more challenge, try only pump-action shotguns and incendiary grenades
gl40 (with incendiary grenades) in place of the flare gun
Nah, dont use the dragon's breath rounds, use normal rounds. Pyro with a shotgun is just a slow scout with a flamethrower secondary

Not necessarily a challenge, but how about doing a deep dive on the history of build metas throughout payday, as well as how builds differ between single player and multi-player

I would love a new cash-blaster type weapon that uses coins. probably a lmg. basically it's a pirate-themed lmg with diamonds covering some parts of it. the coins get fed from a treasure chest on the bottom of the gun and uses the total offshore ammo pool you have as ammo. no need for reloading and decent rate of fire, but horrible spread
I think just using regular cash would be better since offfshore cash actually has a gameplay effect.

My head canon for the cash blaster is that the cops survive and actually try and grab the dollar bills out of the air, after which they comfortably retire.

You cannot advance Panic Room without killing snipers. Same for Brooklyn 10-10 with the people trying to kill Charon.
This is just the no shooting challenge, but less possible. And the no shooting challenge wasnt possible already.
Thematic run idea: Can you beat Payday 2 as Arnold Schwarzenegger? You can use weapons used by Arnold in any of his movies, but can only use each character and their weapons a set number of times (once doesn't seem like enough for the number of missions in Payday 2). For instance, you can bring John Matrix from 1985's Commando, giving you access to the M-16, the Uzi, the Remington 870 pump shotgun, the M60, a combat knife, grenades, and of course the mighty M202 FLASH launcher... but you can only bring out Matrix a certain number of times. On the far side of the spectrum, you've got his appearance as John Kimble in 1990's Kindergarten Cop, with your only options being a Ithaca 37 shotgun and a Beretta 92FS pistol, the only two weapons he used in that film other than his fists.
IMFDB should be a good resource to figure out weapons and their Payday 2 analogs.
you've done money but have you done a "specialist" run?
the rules are you do a certain amount of heists (career mode or otherwise) B U T every heist you randomly pick a "specialist"
(so rifleman, sniper, shotgunner, gunner, flamer, demo, ninja.) so if you get "rifleman" (witch means primarly mediam range secondary and an ar primary) on you're first heist but on your second heist you could get "gunner" (witch means a primarly close to mediam range secodary and a lmg primary) and i think you get the idea. B U T here's the kicker, YOU CANNOT repeat "specialists" UNTIL you've gotten ALL OF THEM so after you've gotten them all you can get them again.
rule breakdown:
1: you RANDOMLY get the "specialists"
2: you HAVE to "spin the wheel" after EVERY heist
3: you CAN'T repeat "specialists" until you've gotten all of the "specialists"
4: you can use any trowable you want (same gos for melee)
all "specialists": (you can change the "specialists" how you see fit)
rifleman: a primarly mediam range secondary and a ar primary
gunner: a primarly close to mediam range secandary and lmg primary
sniper: a long range (or sniper) secondary and a sniper primary
shotgunner: a primarly close range (or a shotgun) secondary and a shotgun primary
flamer: H E L L F I R E R A I N S D O W N (2 flamethrowers)
demo: E X P L O S I V E S (grenades)
ninja: bows and crossbows (must stealth if possible if it is loud only you have to still use it)

I just realized this would be a lot quicker if you let yourself use the saw as a tool, but not kill anyone with it. It would speed up picking locks, and you could even get all bags in a few banks.

I like the idea that all the cops are just playing along in acting dead as they slowly scoop the money beneath them on the floor as you blast 'em with more money than they make in a year.

Payday 2 Nuzzlocke run? Same rules as before, but failing a heist at all (or needing to restart one more than three times due to bad RNG) means you need to pick a different heister, their preferred weapons, perk decks, etc. If you wanna make it REALLY challenging, you could also have them do it in order of appearance, meaning you'd better hope to god you have heavy enough armor for the time you reach Wolf and play carefully for when you reach Duke or something.
What about the one from day 1 of reservouir dogs heist? Yes it technically is a boquet something, but by logic this is the bank we are/were supposerd to rob, and then bain suddenly disappeared.

the first time i used the cahs blaster on cookout and i never knew about the money drain so about 3 hours later i have nothing in my offshore AND lost the cookout mission from my friend blowing up the lab.
Question about the challenge runs, do you have a separate account for challenge runs or do you do them all on your main account? I'd imagine it's the first option cuz resetting your account to level 1 everytime you do a challenge run must be really annoying

What about taking a leaf out of your previous halloween challenge, random loadout, as in, fully random everything. Reroll on heist fail or after 3 heist completions. Stealth only heists allow automatic rerolls above 50 detection risk.
I still would like to see if you can beat Payday 2 without any skill points, perk decks are allowed so it wont be a complete nightmare

idea for challange: all classic haists(or story) with weapons from payday 1 no mods aside ones that can be achieved via leveling up in payday 1(could be 1 mod to all weapons per haist since how few they are) also using classic crew for bots and you with roles as suggested in clasic, Dalas - assault, chains - sharpshooter, hox - support and last but not least wolf - technician

I remember that when i noticed in shop i thought "Wait, its seems too cheap. There is something more. Oh wait, i know ! I think it will decrease my money if i using it. Nah i don't need it." Yes, i was dum.
Could you do a no perk deck run I feel like it would be interesting just do to the fact that first of all you don't get to use stoic or anarchist etc but second you deal 25% less headshot damage you don't have that 45% more xp card which is by far the most interesting cause this will make the early game harder but maybe make the later game easier but when you unlock death wish (If you do I ain't doing the math)it will make it harder and also the other buffs that you won't have like you will move slower with armor and you deal 5% less damage and you can't use armor bags (yes cry about it)

Here is a challenge for you, can you beat payday 2 while only using every weapon (you play the career mode like normal in the challenge runs but whatever load out you use you can not use the same gun twice ie the car 4 and crosskill pistol is used during the heist but you can never use either of them again even if you never used one of them. Effectively crossing two weapons out per heist. If you go through the entire list you just restart but you are limited to secondary’s only. Your choice how you run the gun loadouts)
