Hi yep there are taxis waiting just outside and you can walk to emirates although would be a long walk due to the size of the place. Taxis are cheap especially for that short of a distance
So it's about a 30 minute taxi to the hotel. In terms of restaurants there are some good restaurants in the hotel itself (check out my Abu Dhabi Food Guide for more: ruclips.net/video/TEVcUZN-Rtg/видео.html) and the Marina Mall is a 6 minute taxi ride away which has a food court with fast food and other restaurants!
