It's amazing how when we look back at pictures where we thought we were "fat" we realize we weren't. Body image issues have young girls all jacked up! Great video as always

Yes! I was soooo scared to wear a swim suit while in high school. Now realized I was just as thin lol because after 4 kids..... Lord!
My God! Yes!!! It's crazy when I look back remembering how I felt so chunky... only to realize now in hindsight that I was a little fine thang! That's why now, I practice self love and admire everything I see in the mirror. No more negative self talk because it's really only LIES from the enemy!
I will be the first to say that I work out in a bonnet to protect my hair. I rebuke the sweat devils to mess up my hair. #NoShame 👏🏾

Yes, girl, yes! 🙌🏽 I do the same thing! My hair is ruthless and will start having a slight smell at the drop of a dime! I refuse to turn my head, and suddenly smell hair funk!😂😂😂 I use Cantu dry co-wash spray. It doesn’t turn white, has a mild scent, and tea tree and apple cider vinegar are in it. It’s saved me a few times!

What should your blow dryer be on when you stretching your hair .?? Low , Medium, or high heat I’m asking cause I don’t want heat damage 😩
How long does it take your hair to dry at the root before you take it down? I just feel like if I keep it in the pineapple after a workout, it will never dry 😫 if I take it dish too early, it loses curl definition and puffs up instead
What suggestions do you have for someone that completes workouts in the a.m. before work that doesn't have time to let their hair air dry?
