Hey, Keegan -- You hit on one of the major signs of your relationship with Joel: you were willing to bring him and your children together. I, too, was married to a woman for 18 years, came out, and when looking for a partner, my first question was, "What will my son think of him?" He got to meet only one or two people before he met Kevin, my partner of 28 years. Now, we are truly a blended family and recently Kevin has started calling himself "grandfather" of our two grandsons. You've got your values well sorted out!

Thanks so much for your super explanations!! I totally get your perspective. I hid most of my life n bullied. Never was flamboyant or feminine..so I was In an odd spot never being gay enough or masculine enough..did what was expected had 1 girl 4 boys and the twins n winter rose we lost. At 54 came out to everyone. For the most part positive..just my sis in law who cut all of us off. I'm not running around or anything...it's just nice to not hide my feelings anymore. You and Joel keep going..coz honestly if I would've had you to accept myself as a teen or twenties I probably would have made some different choices being in a better head space..the younger coming of age and twenty somethings need you boys..and I am so happy and insanely proud of you 👏 👍❣️

I knew that the spouses of the other players would love Joel. And I have no doubt that they have watched all of both your's and Joel's videos to see what kind of person he was.
I think it's great the way you plan everything. For one thing, you are the coach of a bunch of people, so you need to preplan for them. Second, you only have so much time in a day to get in everything you need to do, which is a lot if you start thinking about it. I personally only planned things out when I was in school and when my kids were younger. I'm that person that only knows what the day is and what time it is if I have to do something like an appointment. I can't help it, it's how I have always been, and at 60 I don't think I am going to change 😄

As a Southerner with a deep Southern accent in the United States of America, the first thing they do with us if we move into mainstream media is send us to dialectical coaches so we adapt a Mid Atlantic accent..which is enunciation with hardly any accent at all.Hang on to your accent but don't be crazy if they ever offer you a pot full of money..as disciplined as you are you could sound like King Charles or Joel. Love your accent..
Walt Disney has some issues as well. I’m not a Disney fanatic. I grew up with the movies and was lucky to go to Disney World growing up multiple times (also went to Epcot Center) and even attended my cousin wedding there in my 20s but have no desire to go back especially because it was in Florida.

Walt Disney has some issues as well. I’m not a Disney fanatic. I grew up with the movies and was lucky to go to Disney World growing up multiple times (also went to Epcot Center) and even attended my cousin wedding there in my 20s but have no desire to go back especially because it was in Florida.

Hope to bump into the pair of you one day, and like Joel I moved to the Wakefield area last year. I came back though, after 37 years in the South. I moved away at the age of 21 because of the homophobia I experienced going to a Comprehensive in a predominately Mining area. I'm loving being home.

I’m enjoying your channel, I like the vlogs with Joel and family. With the huge body building and improving body movement it makes me feel terrible. I have an extreme illness that prevents me to workout at all. I just hope your channel stays an even balance as I feel judged all the time cuz people just assume and pass judgement on me all the time
