There's now 2 AA Don! per box because they removed regular Don! As far as pull rates go, there are both Alternate Art of Rare cards, and Alternate Art of SR cards. Therefore there's a chance at pulling 2 AA's per box. You can whiff and only pull one of the two though, which kinda sucks. The SEC AA takes up one of those slots too. You can also pull a regular SEC or an AA Leader (The AA Leader takes up the SEC slot) So the full breakdown is per box either: An SEC and 2 AA's. An SEC and 1 AA. An AA Leader and 2 AA's, or an AA Leader and 1 AA. Either of the AA slots can contain the SEC AA, so yes you can pull both a SEC and its AA variant in the same box.
Yeah I've opened around 6 boxes now and the discord had an opening night on Release Day lol 8 total boxes opened? And there were several alt art mr.5 boxes with just one sec...fun times haha but we also pulled alt doffy leader alt Rebecca leader and law alt so fun times 😂😂

Those double boxes are pretty good. I don't like that I the DON!! card is random and I had to buy three to get both variants, but I also did get the alternate art Sanji, so not bad.
I pulled TWO VIVI LEADERS, TWO REBECCAS, TWO DOFFYS, 1 FUJI, 1 CROCO, AND ZERO QUEENS in my booster... but I got 3 of the same vivi crying dons lmao and a sec vivi
I don't know if you know but in a case for OP04 there are 6 boxes of SEC + 1 AA (sometimes 2 AA), 2 boxes AA Leader + Special card, and 4 boxes AA Leader + 2 AA. All in all, you have a 50% chance getting an AA leader in a box now, which is higher than OP03, so chances are very good for leaders
