Butter 6 tbsp (150 gms)
Almond Powder 1/2 Cup
Khoa 1/2 Cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 1+1/2 tsp
Almond Essence 1/4 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
20 Almond (Cut in 2 Pieces)
1/4 Cup Almond (Crushed)

Cake turned out so nice and spongy. One more thing I’d like to mention for others who find it hard to find khoya that I used full fat milk powder replacing it, and I used almond flour and crushed almond for almond powder.
