    1. Can you do this before bed or should this be the start of your day?
    2. Does it have to be a special brush
    3 do you have to do steps in order
    4. Can i skip certain areas

      Hello! Good questions!
      1. You *can* do this anytime, preferably in the morning before a shower. If you do it at night, you might have to get up to urinate in the night if you get some fluid moving.
      2. I think you could use any *soft* shower or body brush, but it is key that the bristles are somewhat soft. Dry brushing should not hurt or injure the skin.
      3. You *must* start with the chest clearing. (Chest, not breast.) Other than that, I've seen a variety routines out there. You won't do any harm if you go in a different order, but you might not see as much benefit either.
      4. Do not skip the chest, but you can skip other areas. (Again chest, not breast.) And again, you won't do any harm if skip areas, but you might not see as much benefit.
