    Greeting sir, employees like you made railway proud. You are at which right now and where you have done your higher studies. Railway have not deployed officers like you in training schools that’s why employee suffer a lot due to ignorance. I request you kindly made video related to pressure system in lhb coaches and include complete overhauling procedures that are required to run the system smoothly🙏🙏🙏🙏

      I appreciate your desire to learn LHB, but the problem is I don't want to mix content on this channel as vande Bharat is the future. Also, a lot of content about LHB is already available on RUclips

    Please do make video or share some maintenance manual on maintenance of roof components such as panto,vcb ,Earthing switch... being in c&w it is very new to test these items without any training.

      One small doubt is there :
      One MCB ( miniature circuit breaker) for MAC ( main air compressor) is position at CRW ( Crew rare wall) at DTC and one MPCB (motor protection circuit breaker) is position is at CAB ac panel near CCMS. if you elaborate both MCB, MPCB in your diagram means electric circuit, it will be helpful 🙏

    Anurag ji Ek baar mujhe vande Bharat Train m problem face kerna pada jab dead train ko charge Kiya MR pressure 7.7 buildup hone per automatically EP testing hone lagi.or MR pressure 7.7 se uper nhi ja raha tha.

      This will be answered in part 2. Pressure stucks at around 7.5 bar for quite a long time. Actually it is due to the overflow valve in air spring circuit. ✌🏻

      गाड़ी का मेंटेनेस रात में होने कि वजह से 14 दिन में केवल 1 बार दिन में वीडियो बनाने का मौका मिल पाता है । लेकिन आप सब लोगो का इतना सहयोग एवम प्यार देख कर जल्दी से जल्दी ज्यादा से ज्यादा जानकारी भरे वीडियो लाने की कोशिश करेंगे ।

      Pls time mil jaaye to clear kar dijiye ga msg ke through
      1 . Low tone horn ki aap ne 660Hz n high tone horn ki aap ne 370 Hz show ki hai ye sahi hai ya by mistake print ho gaya hai pls confirm
      2. D03 magnet valve ke pass Jo MR ki pipe hai usko jara clear kar dijiye pls
      Cab occupy hone ke baad MR ka pressure BP ki pipe line me yaha se jaayega ya kis vajah se wo MR ki pipeline ko waha joint Kiya gaya hai

      It's very good to see viewers are diving deep into the circuit. Clarifications :
      1. Horns are correctly mentioned in video as per my information.
      2. No, MR will not go to BP line from here, BP already ban Gaya hai jesa circuit mai show kia hua hai. MR line is only involved in actuation of magnet valve only by acting as an input signal.
      Actually in normal case solenoid here keeps D03 outlet closed i.e BP will not go into mainline. D03 opens only when this solenoid is commanded and that is done by occupying that cabin with master key. But there is a control pressure (MR line you are talking about) fed in this D03, which have 2 conditions
      (a) when MR>1 bar , solenoid works normally i.e you need to occupy cabin by master key to charge mainline of BP
      (b) when MR

      1. Pilot pressure here means signalling pressure
      2. one exhaust port is for BP reduction through driver brake handle and other exhaust port is for BP reduction by TCAS system
