When I started watching your videos a year ago, I understood them 80%. I gave you all my attention. Then, I could understand you 100%, while I was working . The process was like enjoying a delicious food for the first time slowly. I was listening to a song. Suddenly, I could understood its letter magically. The same happened to me when I watch the news, programs, or I hear native speakers on Facebook. I can't understand each word, but I can understand the overoll meaning. I want to keep working on my listening. However, I can say I'm proud of myself because my English skills have been getting better as never before. HI Mike. I'm an Intermediate English learner. My mother tongue is Russian. I understand you 100% because you speak slowly and clearly but it's extremely hard to understand movies without subtitles. The actors don't speak so slowly and clearly.
One thing that should be useful is to notice the way that we say things when we say them naturally. Watch a movie with subtitles, and when they say something that you think you will hear people say in the future, watch that part a few more times, and really focusing on listening to how they say it. That way, you will now how it sounds in the future.

I understand your points, but I don't know how much patience people have to watch something multiple times. I always recommend just watching with English subtitles. A big problem people have when they're not a native speaker is that words tend to run together. When this happens in an English show or movie, if you have English subtitles on, you can see what was said. But, yeah, if people want to watch multiple times, then I can understand your recommendation.
The thing I'm trying to stress here that I possibly haven't articulated clearly enough is that people are too focused on understanding every single word sentence.
Our TV have subtitles on all programs and we cannot delete them. That's why I don't watch TV and prefer watch videos on youtube. I'm looking for videos which suit me.

Listen to anything that you want to/enjoy listening to. Sometimes, listen to things that you can understand almost 100%. Sometimes, listen to things that you can only understand 10%. Everything is useful.
