Amazing. It seems you (like me) got used to get the timing right. In some cases Rodin looked slower. Did you find a trick or something to make him perform the Uppercut attack? Since it often leaves him vulnerable to a few hits. I instead decided to use Hit-and-Run with Shuraba Wicked Weaver. It took me a lot but I could take down this Behemoth. During the second half it becomes a lot harder to melee him.

I used climax bracelet and kilgore on legs to just kill him in seconds 😂

It’s really stupid u can’t witch time him in this game. I’m 2 u can. Also I feel like bracelet of time is ten times better in 2 it can be used more and u Regen magic while using it still. I did not beat him legit I used climax bracelet and Kilgore soam kick he couldn’t do anything. It’s weird cause I tried a weapon glitch exclusive to switch it swaps weapon movesets but keeps the damage on the guns so basically killgore rockets and damage but with SF moveset and it didn’t even stun him. But killgore kicks did lol. I already had the rodin weapon through cheats tho there is a way to get max halos in like 1 minute. There’s a lot of farms in bayo 1 but this one is easily the best. Barely any farms I’m bayonetta 2 but one of them is good enough I guess. 3 has a good farm to. But 2 and 3 are not as fast as this new exploit in 1. But quick enough only like 20 mins. It’s insane to get that many halos without cheating. Some of the requirements in 1 are insane anyway and require to much time normally.

So even if I wanted and let's talk about a miracle, managed to pure platinum Rodin, the score ain't show on play history? Same question for lost chapter, so it would be better for me, a mediocre player, to use climax bracelet on both since they won't show the medal in play history

Rodin always disables witch time, its not a matter of difficulty
Honestly, the Bayonetta 2 Rodin is way better. This is just a big fat copy paste of Balder. :/
Not really. He's only like Balder in the superficial sense that he's based on the same template, but mechanically he's way, WAY different to Balder cause he's got far nastier tricks up his sleeves. The giant fists that are fired forward and upwards are launched nearly instantly, the grab ruins you if it touches you, he's faster, hits way harder, has that close range spin attack that comes out instantly, and his punch combos are much harder to parry.
Balder can be made predictable with Gaze of Despair where he will always rush in to use his melee whereas Gaze of Despair Rodin kills in like 3-4 hits and is wildly fast and unpredictable.
While yes he's a more suped up version of Balder, you got to remember this was as secret boss and massive surprise to find. I'm glad they did more with him in Bayo 2 but back in 2010 this was mind-blowing when you got the platinum ticket to fight Rodin.
I don't remember Balder beating the shit out of me with his bare fists
