ESP32 Compiling issue workaround

There is an issue were code is unable to compile when the code is located in a path containing spaces. The simple workaround thus is swapping spaces in the full path name with underscores.
Tested on Macbook running macOS Catalina 10.15.7
Arduino IDE version is 1.8.10 (newer versions crash on Catalina)
