- It's 150 years to this very day that the book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was first published - so to celebrate the occasion I thought I'd look at how and why the world of Wonderland works so well when used in games.
I've managed to get a hold of the developers behind a couple of Alice in Wonderland titles to give me their thoughts on this topic too.

I am a really huge fan of Lewis Caroll's Alice in Wonderland universe and I have played the DS game. I really enjoyed it! It was actually really easy because in fact you cannot really die in this game but it didn't even matter because the atmosphere was really amazing. On the other hand you have Alice Madness returned for the PS3 which is one of my favourite games on the PS3. It was fun and sent the player in a rather dark representation of Alice in Wonderland. Thanks for the video and I subscribe because you really make interesting video's :). Cheers from Belgium!

Your editing is well done and you go above and beyond what most people do. Especially how you reached out and talked to the developers of this game. Keep it up, mate. Great stuff!!
I laughed at the Metal Gear Tea Party bit. Parlez vous francais? That was some impressive accent changing. That makes sense about the absurd gameplay getting a free pass because.. Alice. I'm glad the monster in the Halloween episode never got you after all. Later!

And why did you show no love to Alice in Wonderland on the Philips CDi!? It's a point and click adventure game with claymation characters and it is awesome.

Disney released a lot of GBC adaptions of their older films.
How did you manage the developers od the GBC game?
That was my childhood, and it was interesting to see some insides into it

Strange how a GBC game looks better than a DS game.
Yeah it's all about dem aesthetics. The 3DS game looks alright in motion, but I still prefer the clear pixels of the GBC game
