Brahman vs Indu-Brasil
Brahman cattle are known for their extreme tolerance to heat and are widespread in tropical regions. They are resistant to insects due to their thick skin. Brahman cattle live longer than many other breeds, often producing calves at ages 15 and older. Loose skin is part of the Brahman character. Brahmans have four times more sweat glands than other breeds of cattle.
Indu-Brasil
One of the notable features of the breed is its extremely large, pendulous ears. It probably has the largest ears of any of the cattle breeds.

Correction lang po sir, wala tayong pure Indu-Brasil sa Philippines. Halos lahat ng tinatawag nating indu-brasil saatin ay purified versions lang ng zobel brahman (indu x brahman cross) ni don zobel. At sa ngayon sir, umaabot po ng 80k minsan ang weanling (6-7 months) depende sa pagka indu nito. Mas mahaba tenga, mas matangkad, mas pahaba ang mukha, mas mahal dahil sa pagka rare nito.

They are all indian breed. They took it from India and Brazil. They gave us Jersey viw and took our Indian breed. Now showing the world as American cows.
@@sangharatnabhamare1069 Brahman cattle are their own breed, made from Ongole, Gyr, Guzera, Nelore, and some others. They are INDICINE cattle, but not from INDIA itself. So yes, Brahmans are American cattle.

oo meron nito (pure breed stock, import pa un) kaso sa mga well known breeding farm sa Pilipinas not directly sa mga middle man. unless direct sila sa farm. ung makkita mo mga 60% lahi lang meron sila

While Sa Brahman x Simmental it combines the strengths of the two most populous breeds of cattle in the world na titawag na "Simbrah".

Incorrect. The Brahman was made in the USA (using India's Ongole breed, and some others). The Indu-Brasil's origin is in it's name: Brazil. They're both indicine breeds, but not from India itself.

Agree it's an hybrid with cattles originating in India. These were mainly Gir, Guzera and Nelore(Ongole), indu- Brazil and krisna valley.
It's looks are still dominently Gir and Nellore.
Let me know why it's named Brahman or Bramha.
@@SA-dk5zx Agreed! Although I am not sure as to where the name Brahman comes from. But it's just like here in Australia, we have a breed called the Murray Grey. It's a hybrid of English breeds, Angus and Shorthorn cattle. But it's still an Australian breed. Same goes for the Brahman. If your parents were born in Germany for example, but you were born in France, you're not German. You would be French. I think that's a good example!
