    What a great and fair review. Thank you Fred for all the super valuable feedback. We did mellow out the W concave on both ends, but you are correct, we should have considered riders who like a narrower stance, and mellow it out in the center as well. That's a very good point. We like to have it stronger in the center again to lock your feet on both sides, but only for that wider stance.
    For the DKP turning radius, we did test it along dkp boards, and on soft bushings with a looser setup on the N3, we were able to achieve a very similar turning radius, but of course, at the detriment of stability at high speed (but all good with some practice).. But you are the DKP king, so if you feel like it's not there yet, then we can continue to work on it.
    Also, we do offer a 6a charger by default with the Elite version of the board, but maybe for future series we'll consider offering it by default for the standard models too. If a customer wants the 6A charger but for the standard N3, they can message us and we'll see what we can do.
    But all in all, hearing your heavy enthusiasm about our new ESC, really made us happy as well. Next step, is improving our bushings.
    Thank you and see you at Esk8con!

      @@projectmayhem2330 I agree. One trend I see in the near future is to make two sizes of popular boards. The Nomad is a winner for sure but the only thing stopping for me from recommending this to my taller friends is the length. A 42" option would be amazing. All the same specs. Only the length of the deck would be different.

    If you guys haven't figured it out yet, Acedeck has a pretty amazing line-up of electric skateboards and accessories. Their fit and finish is second to none and their performance to price ratio is the best in the business. With the upgrade ESC and improved throttle response and curve, you would be hard pressed to find a better production board. They have boards to fit just about any niche. I can pretty much buy any board on the market and I have two Acedeck boards, the X1 and X3. MADESK8 approved!

    an other great review video! But i still don't know what to buy next
    I'm currently looking for a new board - Acedeck N3 or Lorentz MAJOR, it's a hard decission, both boards are looking great.
    Which of both you would take (if the money dosen't matter)
    I'm looking for a high quality long range board. Mostly i'm riding on streets an light gravel - no real offroad.
    An important factor for me is also that the company will still exist in 3 years. The comany of my current board no longer exists and as soon as the company was shutting down my battery died.... and there is no chance to fix this issue.

    Awesome, thanks Fred! So what are your thoughts on going with the std version vs the Elite version? Their rep says there's only a 700g (1.55 lb) difference between them. I would've guessed more of a difference with the added capacity of the larger capacity Samsung cells and the bigger motors (?).I wonder why they use the 2 different motors? I was actually hoping the std version was lighter, that would've made it an easier decision. At 1.55 difference, that added range and more the efficient motors (I'm guessing?), that makes the decision harder given the $300 price difference.

      @mikeyp8778 6 месяцев назад +6

      @@aratay3117 this is a big misconception in the eskate community. The 7500 watt motor will perform the exact same as the 4500 watt motor. Technically, if you drained the entire battery going up a steep mountain, the 7500 watt motor will be cooler to touch, but honestly it doesn't make a difference. The only difference in the pro version is the bigger battery. The motors also cost about the same, so it's more a marketing gimmick. If you want more battery, get the pro. Cheaper price, get the non-pro. Performance is the same aside from battery. Also, speed isn't determined by the amp but the gear ratio and wheel size. Another misconception within e-skate. The bus / phase current more affects torque which is acceleration. And it's the same between the pro and non pro board. There are physics calculators you can google search to determine top speed of a board if you want to verify yourself.
