I think this Valverde is overall better in technique and at least as good in exuberance as ever before, but he´s been sacrificed so Bellingham can shine. Even with that he never has a bad game. As an admittedly subjective uruguayan, I wouldn´t trade him for any other midfielder in the world right now. Not only for his quality but also his versatility and dedication.
