I definetly understand, if i was given the choise from the start to drink something else i maybe wouldnt like it so much. Somewhere like in america there is huge difference with milk lovers and haters, maybe its the same thing that now when everyone is more informed what the milk really is and stuff so people see it more disgusting(?) or its something else. That way, if they rank something super low for one store and they lose a bunch of points, it won't give the other store/restaurant and advantage, when that store does not perform well across categories,

HA! The (tiny/specialty) coffee roasting company I used to work for had their beans in Erewhon for a while, but apparently their coffee buyer was extremely flakey, and my boss decided it was easier to just _not_ deal with them so we stopped sending coffee down to them.
