Hello darling. No the lamb is fried with a bit of oil. I also added spices, garlic, onion and some chili to it. I soak my onion every time I have creamy onion salad but with dishes, like this one, I didn’t soak it. I used white onion which is pretty mild 🥰♥️♥️♥️
