Another great video Andy. I was wondering about your air quality meter. Is that something you built or purchased and if you purchased it where? Thanks

      Hi Kyle,
It’s a device that comes from Banggood. First came to my attention in a Peter Millard video over at the 10 Minute Workshop. He created a video about it

You can still get them although the price has gone up somewhat.

      Hi Steve,
Hope you are well. Yes still have it, I tend to use it less now I have the drum sander - but every now and then it comes to the rescue.
My plan is to build some sort of stand and have it permanently on its side in the shop.
      Cheers

      So will I !!!!!!
At the moment I have the idea, but not the design. Next job is the table saw cabinet, then the CADCAM cabinet (to house the CNC, 3D printer and Laser). Then the tool chest, then the mitre saw station and finally the sanding cabinets.
So perhaps 2-3 years away ??
      Cheers

There is no safe level for dust, especially finer particles. I'm of an age that ignored it. Deep regrets. Now only use tools with dust extraction hoses, never with provided bags or boxes

Very valid point, that’s why I was saying with the dust extraction as provided, levels are high.
With a quality sucking device they are around the same as the ambient in the workshop. However, the workshop is inherently dusty so that is no sign of safe.
Agree there are no safe levels, always wear the mask.
