I think if any person who is doing job in private sector...he should take 2BHK flat on rent..and some amount invest in health Insurance, mf and etc. Home loan is not right option because interest rate is high and it's up and down by RBI and banks.
People should live in rent houses in big cities if they have jobs there and in the mean time they should construct their own houses in small towns or villages because it is cheap to construct a house there compared to buying a flat in big cities .If you save about 1,80000 /- annually by living in rent houses instead of paying huge EMI on purchase of flat in big cities . In 10 year you can save 25 lakhs rupees if you also take interest into consideration and with this amount you can easily construct 1000 square feet area single story flat in a 2 decimal self purchased land in small towns or villages.
