    Rationally explained. Persons with low budget may shift to village where one can buy a Rs2 lakh land and make 6 bedroom 2 floor flat slowly as per Income. No pollution, easy mobile & road connectivity, schools, small side business r hallmark of every village situated within 100 kms from metro cities.

      Uske upar, you will be in the eyes of petty bhaiya type netas, police ka thulla etc.

    जो लोग फ्लैट खरीदना चाहते है या फ्लैट खरीदने की सोच रहे है उनसे एक बात कहना चाहता हूं की फ्लैट की कीमत हमेशा घटती है, और उस फ्लैट के साथ कभी भी जमीन नही मिलती है इसलिए ही फ्लैट की कीमत हमेशा सस्ती होती है और ये 2bhk ya 3bhk में होती है, एक बिल्डिंग की उम्र ज्यादा से ज्यादा 80 साल रहती है उसके बाद वहां का प्रशासन उसे रहने लायक नही मानता या उसे तुड़वा देता है इसका मतलब आपके बच्चो को वहां से निकल दिया जाएगा और उन्हें दोबारा फ्लैट या घर अपने पैसे से खरीदना होगा, इसलिए अगर कोई प्रॉपर्टी बनाने की सोच रहा है तो इससे तो अच्छा है की वो पैसे को कहीं और जगह इन्वेस्ट करे और बाद में कहीं अच्छी जगह पे पहले जमीन ले फिर उस पे घर बनाए ये घर उसका लाइफटाइम रहेगा।

    Main khatam ho gaya loan lene ke chakkar me . Life barbaad ho gayi.... zindagi me kuch bhi nahi bacha..

    In Rent , you need not to pay down payment like in buying, also save registration and stamp duty..
    If house/ flat cost is 1 crore then down payment is 20 lakh and approx 5 lakh registration and at least 8-10 lakh for interiors so before EMI starts 35 lakh already consumed. With 20 k rent annual expense is 2.4 lakh so you can live 10-12 years in rent and invest your lump sum.
    The only major negative factor for rent in Indian context Society doesn’t treat you well,also becomes difficult to get married if you stay in rented place.

    सभी लोग अपना मकान ले चाहे छोटा ही ले मकान और जमीन का रेट कैसे भी लोकेशन में हो कभी भी उसमें आपको घाटा नहीं लगेगा, आप किराए के मकान में रहेंगे कुछ नहीं मिलने वाला है अपना मकान बनाए ऊपर की तरफ एक कमरा अतिरिक्त बनवाएं और उसको किराए पर चढ़ाएं आप₹10000 महीने किराया दे रहे हो 20000 emi मैं से और 20 साल बाद आपकी खुद की प्रॉपर्टी हो लोन लेना कोई बुरी बात नहीं लोन बड़ी बड़ी कंपनी भी लेती यहां तक देश की सरकार भी लोन लेती है इन जैसे वीडियो के चक्कर में ना इन्होंने खुद ईएमआई पर प्रॉपर्टी बना रखी दो चार कमरे किराए पर भी दे रखे हो

    I think if any person who is doing job in private sector...he should take 2BHK flat on rent..and some amount invest in health Insurance, mf and etc. Home loan is not right option because interest rate is high and it's up and down by RBI and banks.

    People should live in rent houses in big cities if they have jobs there and in the mean time they should construct their own houses in small towns or villages because it is cheap to construct a house there compared to buying a flat in big cities .If you save about 1,80000 /- annually by living in rent houses instead of paying huge EMI on purchase of flat in big cities . In 10 year you can save 25 lakhs rupees if you also take interest into consideration and with this amount you can easily construct 1000 square feet area single story flat in a 2 decimal self purchased land in small towns or villages. I think this will be the right choice .

I live in Australia 🇦🇺 & this question always comes to my mind.Should I buy my own house or keep renting?My income is good but it’s a private job,there’s no guarantee that it will remain in place for 20 years or I will get the same salary elsewhere if I do lose my job so I have decided to keep renting & put all my savings into fixed deposit in India in the NRI account.Thank you once again
