    Thats a huge radius!! Look into the ercolina tube bender.

      The radius is necessary for thin wall tubing not being bent with a mandrel bender. This would be no different on an Ercolina bender. we sell their machines as well

    Great! Would this work for 1" 0.065 chromoly and 1 & 1/8" too? Maybe even being able to have a smaller radius since the tubes are not as wide as 1 & 1/2" tube??

    THIN WALL ? ..... how about .035 3/4......... or 5/8 ? Thats what we want to see !

      you wont bend .035 on this type of bender. you need a mandrel bender. this is a rotary draw bender. check out our breakdown of mandrel bending and the difference between them and rotary draw benders in our video here. ruclips.net/video/2BHVzgCwms4/видео.html

      Can you bend 1.5 x 0.058 4130 on the affordable bender?.
