The Tudor Black Bay is just beautiful! Choosing ceramic was a great decision as it durable and retains the beauty of the watch as well. Tudor also has an illustrious history. Hope that you get your grail watch soon :) Happy times with the new timepiece!

Thanks Dominic, I hope I’m able to secure my grail soon too! This is a great watch but only as a secondary watch I would think.

@@allenclaudius Good day sir, heard about the ceramic casing being brittle and fragile and would break easily. Wanted to buy this piece as a daily watch, is it really that fragile and vulnerable while wearing it? Need your kind advice. Much appreciated!

@@qimng8914 hello, I have been wearing it non-stop for a month now. Every day, every where I go, except to the gym. I even traveled from Dubai to Amsterdam to Berlin and back, taking cabs, buses, flights, and trains, lugging big bags, etc. It has held up very well. The only thing you’ll notice is that it’s a very light watch on the wrist. And the only risk is, owing to the ceramic, if you were to drop it on hard concrete from say 5 feet, it just might shatter.

The Black Bay Ceramic is not the 58 version, it is the standard Black Bay Ceramic (41mm version). The Black Bay 58 lineup are all 39mm watches and the Black Bay 54 lineup are all 37mm watches.

Right my bad. Thank you for the correction. I should've just said BB 41 Ceramic instead.

My every day time piece is Sinn U1T-SDR. A lot more watch for a about 2/3 price of the tudor.

Whoa! Nice one Allen. Any Tudor would have been my grail... Excellent choice... All the best on the Rolex... I satiated my submariner desires with a Seiko Ssk (it has the cyclops) 😊

Thanks so much man. This was a tough call for me to make. I definitely loved the 39mm stainless steel.

Am scared to buy this, cos many say ceramic watches can shatter if dropped, any update on the durability will be helpful, thanks )

8 months of usage and no issues so far. Still as good as new. Worn everyday without a break.

Good value especially when it is 40% below RRP Brand new and 50% if 1 yr old.

Agreed, paying full price wasn’t the wisest choice.
