This guy knows how to make a home tour video. It puts almost all the US ones I've seen to shame. He films during the golden hour, mixes the music correctly, and has a very polished speaking style. I've seen some trainwrecks of dudes who didn't write a script and say stupendous a zillion times or clap their hands every sentence or even jingle the keys in their pockets! Tragic.
I have watched A LOT of realtors videos from all over the world for the past couple of years, and, this is I am not sure, maybe 5-8th video I have watched of you (in 2-3 days of discovering you) and I can say confidently, FOR ME, your presentations are the BEST. You don't even feel like a realtor selling a home, you are a presenter SHOWCASING the magnificence of a home. THAT is what makes me want to PURCHASE. So I know who I will be contacting when I am ready to get in to Dubai.

Dubai is saturated with new and empty apartments. Over supply far exceeds the demands. Smart monies are now vacating to other countries. It's not a pretty market over there at the moment for real estate.

The building cost seems to be 3 million Dhs An average house with two floors and 4-5-6 basic bedrooms in the UAE (600 - 1000 m2 total building area) costs 2 - 3 million. Given the location and services provided it may be fair to triple or quadruple that value. But 36 million is just not worth it. Of course I am saying that disregarding the value of the paintings and the furniture and the total price of the building including the land price. A 5-6 bedroom two floor house that costs over 5 million is already considered luxurious but affordable for middle class. So this apartment with this price tag is really for wealthy.
I would buy a mansion somewhere in Switzerland with a lake and mountain views rather than being in Dubai. Not even for a transit. What a boring place on earth
very nice view on the mountain and on the sea with the sound of the waves jogging on a concrete floor in the evening of a nice walk in shops sit on a terrace with the wifi connection and spend hours watching people and time go by what a life the apartment on burj khalifa must not be expensive because you do not have the view of the tallest tower in the world
Everything will stay in this world. Why don't you spend this much time money and energy to help those in need. Instead of wasting this much money use to help others so once you leave people will remember you like a king.
