I think it is so cool that this mother took her three daughters to some real parts of Tanzania and not just the touristy parts...
Thanks! We always enjoy seeing how the locals live and experience it too.
Thanks for sharing looking more videos on Tanzania
welcome tz dont wait for videos bro.
Syed Azmath search wode maya on you tube or miss trudy you will see all videos you want good luck.
I've just uploaded a video on Tanzania
Cheers to you & your husband, for giving your girls experience in being Globe-trekkers...live is so much better when we take time to 'live the dream, which has little to do with being in front of screens. 🥂
Thanks! It definitely creates many amazing memories especially now that we're creating videos with them. Before we had the YT channel it was just short clips and pictures on a hard drive that we never really look back on.
I guess Im asking the wrong place but does anybody know of a method to log back into an instagram account?
I was stupid forgot the account password. I appreciate any help you can give me

OMG. Dar Saa Lam looks so different from what I remember. I travelled there with a group of doctors and nurses for volunteer work. This was 25 years ago. There were no tall buildings or shopping malls. only one hotel near the bay. No fast food, only Tanzanian food, natural and delicious. It was remote and primitive...no water or electricity.. But somehow I loved it...the scenery, the people...We went to Kishapu, Lake Victoria and Kilimanjaro. In the country people walked for miles day and night , no cell phones, no computers, no technology and yet people seemed happy. This was an experience I never forgot...
That’s amazing! It has changed so much in such a short time and is one of the fastest growing cities in the world! I’m sure in 5 years it will look much different again.
Sounds like you had an amazing experience.
its true but welcome again iam sure you will be so suprised
welcom again to see changes...
we still got great food and Swahili...
It's Dar es Salaam. 25 years ago there was electricity in Dar, may be with shortages and there definitely was water, otherwise how did people survive?
Dar es salaam sooo beautiful 😍😍. Love from Nairobi. Why don't you like us, Tanzania? 😭😭😭
What !!!

Wonderful Dar es Salaam with lovely kids~!! Asante sana!
This family deserves lots of respect! A mother (1) and her three (3) daughters making a total of four (4) females travelling through Africa without a man?
Perhaps the man is doing the filming! Kudos to ya all!
It simply goes to PROVE that Africa and Africans are of no threat to pale-faced people, regardless of all the propaganda against Africa and its people by the "enemies".
Yes definitely, the man might be the one filming
A MILLION LIKES FOR THIS VIDEO, COME ON AFRICA SHOW SOME LOVE!!!!!

Nice family welcome again to Tanzania
When all is said and done, the investment you're putting into your daughters will one day be priceless! Their personalities or being formed well. Their attitude toward the world just and real. Not an attitude of superiority, but of humility. I know I don't know you folks so well, but I do know real when I see it. Thanks for the life you chose! (U.S.A)
Thanks for your nice comment. Our girls are definitely growing up with open hearts and minds.

100 years ago, Dar es Salaam was a fishermen village. Now the city is booming towards mega city.

Oh I’m sure Dar has even changed since we’ve been. They were developing so much. I hope you make it back again one day to visit.
I grew up in Tanzania, Malawi, Uganda and South Africa and I have to say its super different when you are living there compared to visiting. For example when you visit here, you are downtown where as I lived on a peninsula which is MUCH more developed than the area you were in
Oh nice! I think we may have went out that way to visit friends.

@@GrowingUpWithoutBorders You are welcome..
I'm glad you liked it..This is a very nice video!!
Thanks! We really loved going to the market. What an experience for us!
I am so excited about going to Tanzania, sometime next year, God's willing. Just looking at the pictures, it completely destroyed the archaic mentality I had about the Motherland. My ancient perception of the Continent has been blown away. I like the simple, low stress life style, the bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and exotic place to visit. My main concern is have constant utilities such as water, electricity and internet. I cannot imagine going without any of them for more than a day. I am also concerned about finding a reasonable priced place to live, but I am sure that these issues will be resolves before I make the trip. As a US citizen, and a citizen of St. Kitts, West Indies, I can stay in Tanzania for up to 90 days, and I do not need a visa if I am entering Tanzania with an St. Kitts passport.
You'll be just fine and I'm sure you might experience no Internet in different parts of the country but that's all part of the experience. If the main cities you'll have no problem with connectivity. We experienced many power outages in Malawi but not in Tanzania expect fro where we stayed in Zanzibar which was powered with solar energy so when it was grey we had little electricity. You're going to love your experience there!
Thanks for the information and re-assurance. Maximum Blessings.
I wish I could have a mother like you congratulation

Love your positivity

Tanzania with the rest of East Africa, it"s just "Hakuna Matata".

m very nice u are welcome my Tanzania Dar..??
Thanks!
I turned down the chance to go to Tanzania but I now regret it🙈😭
It was a cool place. We love the island of Zanzibar.
Probably because of the Western narrative....
Love from kenya
Lovely presentation but Dar es Salaam City Centre was missing. Its mainly populated by settlers from Indian Sub continent. Surprised I hardly saw an Asian face nor you visited some of the Indian restaurants which serve authentic food. Glad you and girls are enjoying the trip. Very adventurous!
Yeah and we love Indian food!!! We missed out on that then for sure....
Did I hear right.. Dar, which has 6 million people is expected to grow to 70 million? Who is moving there or is that the local population that's expected to grow?
They're simply going off current projections of population growth. But my hope is that in the near future they start to decentralize. Dar is overpopulated now because it's hard to make something of yourself anywhere else in Tanzania, thus most rural migrations lead toward Dar by default. But if they build up and encourage migration into cities like Dodoma and Mwanza, Dar's population growth will slow down.
Why go to 90 countries if you are just going to eat the same food as home. Tanzania has delicious food.
Yes!!!! If you watch our video from Stone Town and the one on Zanzibar, we tried some of the most amazing foods! We always laugh at the tourist that go to different countries and eat at Pizza Hut but in this video we were one those. :)
Unless African kids also get to experience this growing up without borders!
They still have alot of work to do
Indeed they do.
True brother
Maybe where you are, you already finished all the work? Lol!
Whats the name of the song?
