I hv ride almost every ev scooter and my opinion 'Bajaj Chetak is one of the best Scooter in EV segment' the reason is following
1. It has decent rang for city (for me 100km)
2. Its made for all age people.
3. Yes for one time it is expansive but its cost saving. 100 km for only 15 to 20₹ & 0 cost for my 1st service.
4. Its simple to drive due to no extra features.
5. Eco & sport mode is based on your requirements, so no need to change modes (only chetak has this feature)
6. Good its speed reduced to 69 km...because in city 40 to 60 is sufficient speed and due to this there is no heating issues.
7. Beautiful.
8. You can ride this scooter till 7 year if your daily travel is around 40km. Thanks to its build quality that can survive 7 to 10 year.
9. Footrest is heavy & strong.
10. Paint quality.

I have owned this EV since two years. Good EV . I get 95 + km for city ride. I have done 7300 + kms on this. The only problem I am facing since last three months is that when I ride over a pothole at 25 + speed it automatically becomes off .
Also Servicing issues , only three authorised service centers in my city.
I think Chetak sounds good. How much time do we spend on two wheeler? So I think that range should be given priority over features in electric vehicles. The more facilities in the vehicle, the more headches there are. Parts are not available if damaged. Moreover, the cost is different, etc
I'll definitely go for chetak, bcoz it's a family scooter and overall a good package and most important the "bajaj" brand.

Sir I agree what u explain in the video but let me tell u, the Bajaj Chetak has done great job it is while manufacturing Bajaj has put their affects each an every part by of scooter that's why it's called chetak it's my favourite just got delivered on 24th February 23 please note it's showing me range of 90 km on 1st day after 2nd charge 108km 3rd charge 111km and on 26th midnight 4th time charge it's showing 113km after full charge. I'm traveling 80km everyday first and last I just love CHETAK was flowing last 2 years finally I bought it thanks for your video.
Yup even I'm making 114 kms per full charge, it depends on the way everyone rides so if they are riding all the time giving full sudden acceleration it will be working in sport mode ALL THE TIME that's why 65 kms.
This electric scooter is not for every type of user, especially when you want 70+ top speed. Otherwise, it's the best one for build quality & road presence. My daily run is limited so I choised Bajaj Chetak and I am completely satisfied with this, I got delivery within 2 days after booking on 26 Jan 2023

Ev me sabse jyada acha h chetak. Aap agar ye lete ho. Ather olla san bhul jaoge.
Bajaj should change its mono suspension, instead work out with totally new telescopic front suspension unit like Honda & Tvs to hold the front wheel from both ends with an axle rod and company having vast experience in the 2 wheeler industry because now Indian roads are good enough as compared to yesteryears when olden chetaks were plying on those bad indian roads so the high speed scooters should be made more sturdy once for all with a satisfactory design. Chetak is going to be a global market ev scooter.
भाई भूल कर मत लेना 123 किमी, कह कर दिया था लेकिन फुल चार्ज 87 किमी ही होती है और 7 दिन से रोड पे बंद पड़ी है स्टार्ट ही नहीं हो रही है सर्विस सेंटर वाले कह रहे हैं कि कोई वीसीयू पार्ट्स है जो अभी उपलब्ध नहीं है है कानपुर सेवा केंद्र हाल बहुत बुरा है गारंटी अवधि में भी हर एक सेवा के पैसे मांग रहे हैं

एक सवाल:- मेरे पास बजाज चेतक है, मैं अगर उसे रात को सोने से पहले 50-60% चार्ज कर लेता हूँ और सोने से पहले उसे स्विच ऑफ कर देता हूँ और बाकी के बचे हुए 40% सुबह चार्ज करता हूं ताकि फुल नाईट उसे चार्जिंग on ना रखना पड़े तो क्या इससे उसके चार्जिंग साइकल्स पर कोई फर्क पड़ेगा क्या??

एक सवाल:- मेरे पास बजाज चेतक है, अब अगर में इसे रोज़ 60 km चलाता हूँ और ये गाड़ी 100 की रेंज देती है तो मेरे पास रोज़ सिर्फ 40 की रेंज बचती है और मैं उसे फिरसे 100% चार्ज करता हूं क्योंकि मुझे 60 km चलना है तो कंपनी के हिसाब से मेरी बैटरी के 700 साइकल्स पूरे 70000 km तक के हिसाब से काउंट होंगे या रोज के हिसाब से अगर रोज़ के हिसाब से होंगे तो क्या मैं रोज़ 40 km की रेंज यूज़ नही करके उसका नुकसान कर रहा हूँ ?? कृपया उत्तर दे।

I have experiencing jumping and bumping and shaking from front fork. Due to that i was collapse on the roads three times . Now i am in fear worrying about mine and my children's safety . No any service engineer solve this problem.

Hi guys.. In Kerala,, you won't find a single house without earthing. It's a must have safety thing. You won't get electricity connection if earthing is not done in your house .

I am using chetak since last 7 months no problems faced yet. The piece you are having might be defective because I am not facing any such issue of shock on the scooter. I am having earthing. it is a excellent scooter and it is so sturdy that you can handle it without care. It gives me a range of 116 at a full charge. Your test product might be definitely defective... No offence...

I have Bajaj Chetan I covered 17000km(seventeen thousand) one more big n big issue Chetak have Dat is wheel balancing of both tyre .Both tyre get flats d grip of right side .Technician says all Chetak have same problem .I don't know if technician right or wrong I'm facing d problem

Revolt 400 lena चाहता हूँ. लेकिन छोटे शहर से हूँ. यहाँ electric meter अभी नहीं लगा है मतलब साल दो साल चार्जिंग कास्ट नहीं देना है. यहाँ से lucknow 200km , Prayagraj 80km, वाराणसी 70km है. तो क्या lucknow से सर्विस ले सकता हूँ revolt की, शायद आने वाले समय में Prayagraj या वाराणसी में expand करे.

Bhai their after sales service from both dealer and the company are very poor.
I m following from last 1 year but they neither resolve the issue nor refunding for app and for charging box.
And dealer cheated me by taking extra money for insurance

घर में अर्थिंग ना होना को एक कमी बताना बहुत बड़ी मूर्खता की बात है। अर्थिंग earthing को ghar में है इसलिए diya जाता है न ताकि electric overload आने par extra charge earthing ke माध्यम से निकल gaya है इस प्रकार से electrical appliances ख़राब होने से बच जाते हैं

Had driven for more than 6000 kms within 5 months,
But one thing you didn't mention is the suspension.
I also owe Vespa SXL 150, both these come with single side suspension, but the ride quality, because not all Delhi roads are buttery smooth, it is certainly quite behind when you talk for suspension.
Bajaj needs to offer more sturdy suspension,
Else I enjoy owing Chetak EV, especially at Traffic Signal, when almost all start stalking.😂

I appreciate it, because u do not know that Bajaj Chetak EV has a regenerative braking system, means whenever u brake the battery gets charged by itself. Hence the range increases and apart from that the range differs as per the weight and driving quality.
Regen is common is every good ev.. not a new thing.

Bro I’m 16 and I’ve read that the people of age group 16-18 can drive electric vehicles with top speed of maximum 70kmph so can I drive it legally as it is the only best scooter I’ve seen who has a top speed of 70kmph

1 thing I want to say is that I've been using chetak for 2 months and have never faced such an issue as the display not being visible, how are you not seen that?
You got it wrong... Not visible means display is not bright enough in Direct sunlight
